Product is of great quality and there is plenty of communication, they just seem to take too long to produce.

Fantastic Products
I’ve used KitTags for years now and I couldn’t recommend them more. When everyone’s kit looks the same these allow yours to stand out and grab your kit immediately.

Better than i imagined
The customer service is brilliant, any time of the day and you always get an email in reply. The product did take a tad long to come but I did ask for a very customized tag and the quality in the tag makes the wait worth it. I definitely will be back for more!

Dear Diarmuid, thanks for the review, much appreciated. We do run a batch production hence timelines are slightly longer, clearly for a personalised product that is part of it. I'm delighted you like them and we're always happy to assist.

Happy with my kit tags
Happy with my kit tags, thank you.
I'd have liked them a little speedier, because I'm impatient like that! However, product is great, it's hanging on my two PPE bags for work. They get chucked in and out the ambulance on a daily basis and in and out the car. Have stood up well to the rough handling.
Planning to get some more very soon to go on response bags once I get them issued to me.

Thanks for the review Robert. We try and get them done as quickly as we can, but do work on a batch process. We've made things clearer on the front page of the website now. You know where we are and as a returning customer will receive a discount, if you don't the code, please let us know.
