Kitten D'Amour Reviews 

I have been to two of the kItten D'amour stores many times with my partner over the years and the music is always too loud, you can barely hear people speak and now especially since covid with masks, I wish they would turn the music. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful through and the stores always look good.

The shop had fantastic layout.

Used to be a fantastic brand. However, they've recently started using AI in their designs (and have handled online discourse around this very poorly). The material also feels nasty, usually a very crinkly sounding synthetic that I can only compare to umbrella fabric. Construction of garments is terrible, with buttons not lining up, plaid prints not lining up, lace embellishments not lining up, exposed "invisible" zippers, and just all round, a cheaper and less detail-oriented focus, as if they were being mass produced. And yet, they're still "exclusive designs", as only 300 of each garment is made, and they still charge boutique prices.

It's a disappointment, as I used to love visiting the stores in person. The staff were always so friendly, and shopping there was an experience. Now, the products you buy are cheaply constructed from cheap materials using AI designs, but the prices don't reflect this huge drop in quality.

Great quality, unique style, great customer support.

I was excited to go into this shop with my beautiful daughter. I was teasing and laughing with her, saying "Now you NEED this, and then of course we should HAVE to buy that". We were not being loud, there was no one else in the shop. It was an "in family" kind of mucking around. The girl serving at the Doncaster, Victoria store, immediately latched on to my daughter, introducing herself, asking my daughter's name and pointedly ignored me. It was so silently rude, as if "how dare you fat, old woman come in and behave like a teenager in here - you can't wear these clothes". I've never been treated like that. I spent around the $600.00 mark, and will never grace this store again - ever. Have also advised my best friend to give it a wide berth with her daughter. I was the one paying, I could of at least had some manners. The worst thing was, at the end, she said, "It would be lovely if you could give me a review, my name is ....." This was either late January or early February, just before Valentines Day.

A fabulous in-store experience at KDA. Service was excellent, the shop assistant graceful, charming and very helpful plus she looked great in her tulle skirt (birds nest) and corset . Left the store with my beautiful purchase feeling very special.

Huge fan of the dresses. Every time I wear it, people comment. They are truly feminine cuts. I love them.

The Staff were really friendly, and the store is really east to find. The collections are beautiful and fit to size.

Shopping at Kitten D'Amour is always an amazing experience. Stores are beautiful, staff super kind and knowledgeable, always helping me find the right fit. Outfits are designed with a lot of care for every single detail and are the stars of my wardrobe. I probably have nearly 20 pieces from Kitten D'Amour and will definitely buy more. They just make me feel so feminine.

I was looking for a cardigan to match a dress from their previous season. The staff were very accommodating, seeking out different options to try and suit. I purchased 2 different options, as well as a belt. The ladies were so well dressed too! I enjoy seeing the lovely outfits and how they can be styled with accessories from the store.
