They don't even deserve one star... they put an exclusion on my account for 6 months because I said they where stressing me out..I deposited my first deposit but no matter what game I tried I either got an error message or insufficient funds message while trying to play my bonus...I never got too play 1p of my £30 bonus ....after going back too the chat for a fourth time and saying after spending an hour and a half trying too sort it that it was a stress they claimed they are thinking about my health by excluding me. The website is very substandard and even the chat page is very 1990's graphics... certainly not trustworthy.

This has got to be the WORST bingo site ever! Do not waste your money on it , it should be taken off the internet and never heard of it again. This site is an absolute joke. I signed up because of a cashback bonus. And also opted in for the 300% plus 100 spins promotion. Playing bingo in a room for less than 20 I don't understand how can the same names pop up as winners again again again. Almost every time Ive logged in over the last week or two they have offered me a bonus of either 50% or 100%, which I have taken. Ive deposited over £500 in the last week and had my first win today. I had been playing for hours and my money still hadnt converted to real money so I went to check the status of my bonus. It turns out I have to fulfil the wagering from every bonus I have received in the last week before I can cash out, even though I had played my balance down to zero each time. I have never experienced this from any other site, the total amount was well over £10,000 and not only that, but there is only a handful of games that actually count, and all of the slots I had played on wasnt on the list, so I hadnt even started to meet the wagering, and here is the REALLY annoying part, the max I can cash out is £150. So I deposit £50, get a £50 bonus and have to wager over £10,000 just to be able to win a max of £100 more than my deposit.
The 3 day pending period for withdrawals is also very outdated. Have a look at all the most successful gambling operators, none of them have a waiting period for withdrawals like that. That is a big part of why they are successful.

Dont trust them when they say you will get a bonus, its an outright lie to get you to make a deposit. I have spent thousands of pounds on the site and have won lots back. I was up to the Emerald and once reached I was sent a card with a person's phone number to contact them direct. I realised that I was spending too much so reduced my deposit to £100 a month. I have not played for ages so the other night I deposited my one hundred pounds and won over £4000.The only thing I do not like is if you bank it lies in your account for 36 hours so if you do have a gambling problem then the temptation is there to spend it.
