I absolutely love the tee shirt, sweatshirt and sneakers I bought. The quality is unmatched to any other known brand. It’s strong and fashionable.

Amazing customer service

Poor quality products and dismal customer service. The shoes are uncomfortable. When you try to return they bury you with bureaucratic red tape to discourage you. I also found their communication to be wanting. Surely, unless you are looking to be disappointed, try another company.

why place offers and then fail to deliver.

If possible please rework on your pricing strategy. Lower prices of shows a bit :-)

The customer service is responsive but the guarantee promised upon purchase was not what was really applicable. It indicated 30 days but it is 15 days and only applies if one has not worn the shoes. The shoes also arrived two days late.

Good design on the sweatpants, though the order was quite late and 1 product had a defect. (Hole in the pocket)

Though I haven't bought any products but from the looks they are nicely done and of high quality

Customer care and after sales follow up was superb. Product quality was good and delivery date was honored. Keep it up.

The shoes were beautiful, classy and to my size just what i wanted. unfortunately the size was correct but i am wide feet so i asked if they could tailor it for me. i got lucky and they did! and the best part was it was all done free of cost and sent it to me! its the best service i have received so far! i truly appreciate that you have gone far and beyond and i pray you reach the highest heights!

Shoes were late due to issues in Kenya after the elections so I understood the reason…but I was kept informed every step of the way by Caroline and knew exactly when they were due to arrive. Brilliant customer service! The shoes themselves are great..comfortable and with the Kitu Kali twist! Plus they gave me a pair of fab slippers free as a sorry for the lateness! Can’t fault them…Asante!

Very pleased with the shoes and the service. I ordered online so the shoes had to be sent international post but arrived pretty quickly. Packaging is fun and the shoe bags are useful. Both pairs of shoes are well made, eye-catching, and comfortable (only had a few days but seem fine). One pair laced, one pair slip-on, both good standard fit. The fabric really lifts your spirits. Excellent value and I am going to keep an eye out for more good designs.

I love these shoes and the customer service is amazing. I have several pairs now and they feel like home when I put them on.
I was informed via they didn't have the colour choice I ordered. I needed a black and white pair. Within a couple of days they'd sourced the material and kept me updated at all times

New edition Ankara are good, quite a head turner I must say. Good job with the look; I would however suggest an upgrade of the leather material, it cannot last long in the Nairobi terrain. On my second week I have noticed a slight peeling on the leather which I know will eventually spiral to total damage in due time.
