It's a good platform for those wanting…
It's a good platform for those wanting to pet sit but not great for homeowners, as the sight doesn't set any rules and advertises it as 'free accommodation' for sitters, therefore they are often just there for the free accommodation and not to actually care for pets.
They need more rules in place that sitters need to agree to (such as not having others on the property) to make it fair for both parties. Otherwise, it's not really safe for homeowners to use.
