This service is a rip off.

I sent a small package for sea consolidation, they requested 265 USD to ship 0.5kg and 0.015cubicM.

The air freight cost was 77USD to have them do it. The issue. The parts supplier would have DHLed this to me for less.

use youpost by NZ post if you need to its faster and easier anyway.

My lack of recommendation is not about the actual service, as my goods were delivered from the US in good condition and good timing, for a really good price. Each person I dealt with on both the US and NZ sides were friendly and accommodating. My issue was with the communication, or lack thereof, throughout. I had booked my pick up of items two weeks in advance in the US, but when I contacted them to confirm a few days prior, they didn't have any recollection of my booking (although I'd also completed and sent all the paperwork). I was only contacted once prior to when they were expected in New Zealand, beyond that I had to keep checking in myself every week about status. The final straw was when I was sent the bill and was informed they would arrange the delivery to my home. I paid on a Friday and again, no one contacted me. I had to call after the weekend and was told my items had been dispatched for delivery that morning, without so much as a phone call. Had I not have called and made it clear that the driver needed to contact me to arrange a time, I would have missed the delivery.
