Items not sent and BKR problems

Mostly the items are never sent on time. 3-5 work day delivery can turn into 2 months delay. I chose to pay in 3 monthly installments, I was 1 week late paying and they registered me with BKR. Paying the rest off and saying bye for good, they’ve literally ruined my life. Not worth it!

Klingel steal your money

PEOPLE, DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES! Klingel NEVER shipped my order, NEVER responded to my mails, NEVER refunded my order which I had to cancel because it was not shipped. Numerous calls to the customer service are useless. Order from 15 September is still NOT refunded. They certainly deserve ZERO star. I wish this faking Klingel buglers and liars bankrupt as soon as possible and don't steal buyers money anymore.

Do not trust their delivery times

Do not trust their delivery times. Very bad! Ordered some blouses and paid the extra €7,95 for 24 hour delivery. Six days later I'm still waiting and after phoning client service, I've been told it "should" come some time this week.

Not trustworthy

I ordered a dress for a wedding that had a 9-11 day delivery date. After two weeks I contacted them to ask where the dress was. I was told it would take two more weeks which means that I won't have the dress in time for the wedding. Do not trust their delivery times. They only got one star because I couldn't give them NO stars!
