Customer service was serious

I bought a Citizen eco drive, and unfortunately, the watch stopped working after a few months due to a technical fault. Klockgiganten's customer service was very speedy and helpful to get my warranty request sorted out; and I had my watch back -- repaired, in only two weeks. Even if the company was not responsible themselves for the repair, I altogether feel that they picked up my issue very well.

I don’t get why this company has so…

I don’t get why this company has so many bad reviews. I ordered a watch on Thursday , had it home by Tuesday .The watch came sealed in a plastic bag in its original box with tags and all the papers. 100% legit ,good price and costumer service!

99% of our customers are very happy with us!

However, since we don't pay for Trustpilot anymore, it's almost only the few unhappy customers mostly who write a review now.

And we feel Trustpilot extorts merchants into paying for their extremely expensive service...
And we don't want part of a business that runs a business like that!

Movado series 800

I bought this watch, and after one email and 2 reminders for return, they finally answered me.
The watch has an issue (I sent video to them by demand), with rude attitude from CS with high dose of arrogance how the particular part of the watch needs to be named, I got the return label.
Of course, they got the watch back, but there is no email-confirmation from them, although 24h deadline for emails (by their criteria), passed.
So far I did not have issues with other ecom watch sales companies, and this is not something that should be normal treatment.
Guys, you will be reported to Movado official also.

When I made a bad review here I got help right away

I ordered a watch. It arrived but the watch was not working. I tried to call the number on the website to return it but it said the phone number is not in function. I emailed 3 times but got no answer.

So I wrote a very bad review here. Saying that I think this is a scam. Which I thought it was at that time. And 15 minutes later I got a call from them on my cell phone. The guy told me they are 100% legit and that they actually had answered my reclamation email but that I hadn't respond to it. I must say I am skeptical on that one since I got approx 8 different emails from them with everything from order confirmation, delivery and advertisements but apparently not the ones answering my reclamations. I made two separate reclamations. And both of them were left without any answer. But it could of course be some automatic email service being stopped by a firewall or something like that.

Also I asked why they don't have a phone number anymore. The guy told me it's because it's so difficult to understand Swedish (they are Danish, the guy I was speaking to was Norwegian). His answer didn't make any sense to me.

Anyway, They sent me a new watch right away. And therefore I am upgrading them to 3 stars.

I hope they make it easier to get in touch with them when there is an issue with the product delivered. Also they should provide with free returns in case you want to return the products.

We replied to your email the next day (8.september, but you haven't answered it)

I can guarantee we're 100% a legit company (but we don't pay for Trustpilot anymore, so there is old reviews here), and we will of course sort out so you get a 100% working watch.

I also tried to call you without luck, so waiting to hear back from you.

Thanks for the updated review Mathilde, we appreciate that.

I did say that the main reason for not having phone support was resources, as being available on the phone makes other tasks more difficult (meetings etc), and unanswered phones = bad experience instantly. Having things written makes it a lot more easier for other people to catch up on the status of the case etc.

Regarding languages: I was talking about Swedish and Danish people (Not Swedish/Norwegian)
As we're 80% danish person at the company, and danish people are harder for both swedish and Norwegian people to understand on the phone (written is a lot easier)

Free returns: Are expensive, and it would mean that we would have to raise our prices. And being in an industry with less returning customers (people often have only one watch - compared to fashion where people have 10-20 t-shirts, 10 sweaters etc)
