Thanks for the updated review Mathilde, we appreciate that.
I did say that the main reason for not having phone support was resources, as being available on the phone makes other tasks more difficult (meetings etc), and unanswered phones = bad experience instantly. Having things written makes it a lot more easier for other people to catch up on the status of the case etc.
Regarding languages: I was talking about Swedish and Danish people (Not Swedish/Norwegian)
As we're 80% danish person at the company, and danish people are harder for both swedish and Norwegian people to understand on the phone (written is a lot easier)
Free returns: Are expensive, and it would mean that we would have to raise our prices. And being in an industry with less returning customers (people often have only one watch - compared to fashion where people have 10-20 t-shirts, 10 sweaters etc)
