When you pay for 2-day FedEx delivery, you get 4 day delivery instead

More than once I have purchased wines for shipment and paid for 2-day delivery, to avoid the wine sitting in some truck or other unknown place that could be far too warm. Each time, K&L ships my wine out on a Thursday, and the 2-day FedEx shipment that I paid for ends up being a 4-day shipment, due to the weekend when FedEx apparently does not deliver. Could they not make a practice of shipping 2-day delivery orders out on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, so that customers could get the 2-day FedEx delivery that they're paying for?
