However they lied,claiming the survey i had completed,was received after the offer. So offer was declined.
On the email with offer,they have stated the survey.

Person said to me,to calm down. I literally had a big smile on my face,and told them so,admittedly caused by disbelief,but a smile all the same. Then very shortly after,i had to tell this person to calm down..
Didn't matter what my view was,it was dismissed as WRONG at every stage.
I stand by my review,as it's MY opinion,that they clearly,don't want you to have!
I will retain said email,as evidence.

One of their websites Knauf claim making buildings for the future. Yet the insulation installed in my cavity wall after examination by an Expert Witness I’m told in writing ‘doesn’t meet current insulation standard.’

The installation approved by Steve Morris, etc, of Knauf a disgrace to the insulation industry they have cost the folk of Woodside Glw, dear going against a report that stipulated external cladding was the only way insulate these difficult buildings. The areas of high thermal loss require external insulation are obvious but perhaps greed got the better?
