Unbelievably GREAT service. I ordered a Randall knife I've wanted forever. My first Randall knife ordered direct from Randall was years in the making (still worth it). I ordered this blade from Knife Center and it was at my doorstep the next day. Fast, efficient, great service, easy- straight forward website, and reasonable prices because you are going to have an heirloom quality blade the next day.

Great selection and prices. Plus educational videos embedded in each of items is a great touch.

Absolutely stellar service and communication from Heather. I had an issue with a 15 dollar wooden toy knife I bought for my son and she treated my issue as if I bought a super premium knife. It’s the little things like Heather being patient, actually listening to my problem and offering solutions. It’s people like Heather that will keep me a KnifeCenter customer for life.

I spent several years searching to replace a favorite pocket knife I lost and subsequently discontinued by the manufacturer. I pretty much given up on finding another one like it but every now & then I would do random searches to see if they started making them again, I landed on KnifeCenter and saw the knife advertised on their site. Skeptical, I called Customer Service and inquired about the authenticity considering it may be a counterfeit. How could no one else have this blade and it show up here was my thinking, I was assured it was authentic, direct from the manufacturer, I received it yesterday and it's exactly as advertised and vouched for. Thank you KnifeCenter for keeping a stock of discontinued knives and Customer Service for your patience and reassurance.
Edit: I did contact the manufacturer to see if they had any left in their stock and also if they could recommend a source that may have one with no success,

I made an order for a high-end knife, forgetting to use a promo code for a free knife (Kershaw Esteem). I wrote to KnifeCenter's support asking if they could add it. I didn't think they'd see my email for a couple of days. But two hours later, I received notice my order shipped, along with the free knife. It's been a really long time since any support department has gone well beyond what I had hoped.

This is the best company to buy from because they respond to emails same day and are willing to go out of their way to help as much as possible! They also have competitive pricing

Difficult to order from overseas into a US address.

Navigating through the site and finding that piece of steel that begs you to take it home like a pup at the pound couldn't be easier! Great selections, great prices and great advice on YouTube make Knife Center my top choice.

I’m a knife collector from Sweden.
And I have been shopping at KnifeCenter for a few years now, in fact a fair share of my knife purchases the last couple of years has been from KnifeCenter.
They have always treated me well and have a large selection of all kinds of knives from budget to premium and custom ones.
There has been some complications with international transactions and such, at times, with me being from Sweden and all.
But they have always been very helpful
when I have reached out to them. And I have always got to talk to the same person, Heather, a very lovely women.

Rae-Lyn went out of her way to make a good knife purchase a great one! I purchased a KnifeCenter exclusive version of the CJRB Ekko and it was my first front flipper and one of my first button locks, so I didn't know what to expect. After a couple days of fidgeting with it I realized it wasn't locking up like I expected. Reached out to customer service and without question they told me to send it back and even included a shipping label. I sat on it for a few weeks wondering if I was being too nit-picky, but finally decided to return it. Rae-Lyn went out of their way to ensure the process was smooth, even going to so far as to hand check the replacement to make sure it was up to par. The knife I got back was in perfect condition and exactly what I had hoped for. I would have been happy with the original, but the replacement I got was dang near perfect. It went from a knife I would occasionally carry to one that will be in my pocket daily. I got a great knife and KnifeCenter got a customer for life!

Price point - by far ! Ease of ordering through web page

Great customer service getting me a new knife when the original had some QC issues.

I bought this knife only 3 months ago and the latch doesn't work, and one of the bars that stops the blade from rotating broke off making the knife super wobbly and borderline unusable.

Upon reciept of a knife ordered from KC I realized it just wasn't for me. It didn't fit my hand & had other attributes that I found I didn't like. A brief helpful conversation with KC & the knife was on its way back, no issues or hoops to jump through. A great customer experience! I highly recommend KC and will continue to be their customer.
