We first entered Knights of Beaconsfield over 2 Years ago, approached by a staff member who was polite and friendly. Happy for us to browse around which was inviting.
We haven’t stopped going back and have bought many items based not only on variety of choice, also the Staffs relaxed, no pressure or hard sell talk. They offer sourcing items if looking for something in particular.
The show room which is on two floors is inspiring and laid out well. With the elegant defusers positioned around the show room, makes the experience calm and peaceful.
They have been very accommodating, helpful and love that nothing is too much trouble.

We ordered an expensive suite, spending many thousands on what we felt was a perfect piece of furniture. We were offered samples of fabric at ordering to help match curtains etc. Now nearly three months of waiting and four phone calls asking for samples, they still have not arrived. We feel calling them is a total waste of energy, the company does not call back even when they say they will. Clearly customer service is not a priority. Getting a delivery date is equally frustrating. It varies according to whom you speak to. This month next month who knows? They don’t. Were still waiting for our order and samples.
