Kimberly Gardner assisted myself and my wife on the selling of our previous property and purchase of our new. The chain was difficult to say the least and we had serious issues with our house builder on the purchase at completion stage.

Kimberly was first class and couldn’t have done any more to make the process as easy as possible during a very stressful situation.

We instructed Kirsten Wickham/Knights to handle the purchase of new built home and found her to be very professional and easy to communicate with. Everything involving the purchase was explained very well, and she also spent a bit of time talking me through a few specific concerns I had in the early stages of the transaction. The prepared reports pre-exchange were very comprehensive, which I found really useful.

Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection failed in his duty to manage his clients estate. He left the firm. shortly after death of his client. House sale money was meant to be invested by the deputy of his client, but no where to be found along with other investments not accounted for. Probate team failed to prepare Statement of Accounts with full details of clients investments. Poor account recording and monitoring by COP legal team and protection of clients assets. Poor response to complaints and ignoring requests to investigate lost investments and clients funds. This firm can not even manage a simple transfer of a house, which only takes three weeks from start to finish if you do it yourself with very little cost. Complaints do not work to resolve complaints they are happy to ignore questions to hide their associates mistakes. Knights offer a poor service and charge extortionate fees. They are are expensive and the expense is driven deliberately by their errors and poor service. Do not use at any cost. They are not worth the money or the stress - they will cause you loss and anxiety in all areas. Very poor service and inexperienced legal teams causing the fees to be high. This firm may be good in some cities, but in Kent certainly not to be used.
