I am an Italian customer of this tool company, I buy a nose pliers on Amazon after a few months, they are made of sparse materials in China, I contact the service and they offer to send me the pliers for exchange at my expense, a serious company does not act in this way, practically it costs me more the shipping than the pliers themselves. To be avoided absolutely is a company that produces cheap materials, I do not recommend buying their items.

This is the best pliers ever made! It's strong, light and easy to use. Best part is the narrow nose. Too many pliers are so wide in the nose that you can't use them in tight places. I lost my favorite like this helping a guy along the highway in Colorado so when I got home I immediately ordered a new one and it's just as good as my old favorite. I seldom go anywhere without it.
