No issues with ordering and yarn arrived in a timely manner

Nice soft yarn that is knitting up beautifully.
And no knots!

I broke a rainbow interchangeable knitting needle. It was size 5 which I seemed to need for every project after that. I was so happy to see that I could just replace the size 5 needles without having to buy the whole set. Many of the other brands I've found don't sell the needles separately. I also love my cable needle organizer.

I just ordered 2 kits from Knit Picks and I am very pleased with them. The yarn is of good quality and pattern is very easy to follow. I've ordered from them in the past and never had a problem.

I ordered aloft mohair in the color Koi. I love the color. Imagine my surprise when I was able to start knitting a sweater of this beautiful yarn and discovered that I had ordered lace weight! And I thought I was getting such a bargain for mohair/silk yarn. I have to use two strands for a sweater and just had to ordered 10 more.

The Stroll Fingering is lovely. Shipping is okay (US to Canada). But, I'm an Indie Dyer, and can tell you honestly that some - not all - of their skeins are a mess. I add two or three extra ties before dyeing, handle very gently and still about 30% of the skeins are tangled once you start to wind them, even though they look lovely on the outside. My all time record is three days to untangle one of their skeins.

There was a mix up in my order. The women I spoke with in customer service was wonderful. She helped with my choices of new yarns. The new yarn was shipped immediately and I was sent a return shipping label. Quality service and quality yarns.

Problem isn't entirely your fault. I'm still waiting for the merchandise to arrive! The USPS service is very poor. Just imagine when the Christmas rush happens!

I have been a Knit Picks customer for a long time and have been happy with the quality, price, and service. My recent purchase is the Eldfell Pullover sweater kit, and I am anxious to begin knitting! I find the Knit Picks specialty pattern books to be excellent with beautiful photos and clear instructions. I have purchased several of them and have knitted a variety of the sweaters for myself and others.
