Top quality and great service!
Innovative has been making knobs for us since 2009. They are a great company to work with. Top quality and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend their products and service to others.

Our first experience with Knobsource…
Our first experience with Knobsource was flawless. We had a special order item, and the product was delivered in the time frame they estimated, which was important to us. We're pleased with the quality of the knob as well.

Knobsource is one of many of Manta Racks suppliers, but only a few that supports small start-ups like ours. They have done what they say they would do in supporting our company with quality products and making sure we don't run out of the items we purchase from them. Their CSR, Donna is wonderful to work with. She treats us as if we were a large company.

Solutions found!
We were purchasing hand wheels / knobs from a distributor and required thousands of them. there was only one manufacturer of these and it was going to take 8 weeks and the cost was quite high. The quality of these were excellent but the price and turn around time was unacceptable.
I found Knobsource by chance and sent in a request for information and samples. I had samples in a few days and pricing that was one quarter of what I was paying for a produce that functioned just as well as what I was buying.
We had our full order delivered in 3 weeks instead of 8 and were able to finish our clients project on time and under budget.
Great customer service, they know what they are doing and help you when you don't know what product will be the best fit for your needs.
