Knotweed Services responded to my enquiry within two hours. We were just about to purchase our first home and put in an enquiry about suspected knotweed, Lindsey gave me a call and then followed up with an email. Thankfully it is an entirely different plant.

I contacted Knotweed Services in a panic as we'd found two examples of plants that to our untrained eye looked like they could be knotweed. We called them to get advice, they offered to first identify what we were dealing with before us needing to take things further and incur any expense. They replied promptly, politely and honestly, and put our minds at rest. Huge thanks to them!

I asked for a review of some plants in my garden that were causing me concern. The review of my pictures came back within a matter of hours, explaining it (thankfully) wasn't Japanese Knotweed and giving detailed reasons as to why.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team, very helpful. I just wanted peace of mind, my building surveyor didn't find any signs of Knotweed but I wanted a second opinion to be on the safe side. I'm pleased to say that Lindsay came to the rescue with the free identification service, she put my mind at ease that I don't have any signs of Knotweed.

The process was very fast and easy. I received my survey report on the same day of the survey.

I contacted knotweed services after being told I had Japanese knotweed growing from my garden onto another property.
I had an immediate response, an inspection of photos I provided and plenty of free advice including a verdict that my photos were not of Japanese knotweed.
A couple weeks later I again contacted Lindsey with more detailed photos who again quickly responded reassuring me that I do not have knotweed and gave me information I can use to confidently explain this to others.

I couldn’t recommend knotweed services enough.

I contacted Knotweed Services to find out if we had Japanese knotweed in our/our neighbour's garden. Their response was fast, friendly and efficient - after sending more photos, per their advice, they came back within 30 mins to advise us that we did not, which was a huge relief!

Cost £216 for a survey. The managing director completed our survey in 10 mins, took some photos and even said he thought it was rhubarb!! It’s definitely Japanese knotweed, confirmed by another knotweed removal company. One of their admin team made a “clerical error” on our survey report which led to a £700 solicitor bill and they won’t even offer me a refund. The quote for excavation didn’t include groundwork costs. Find another company.

We are buying a property and the survey came back with possible Japanese Knotweed. I sent a few pictures to the website and the next day I had my reply. All free of charge. Excellent service and quick too
