Knudhule Badehotel is a lovely place with a fantastic restaurant. The 4-course dinner with wine pairing was top-notch, worthy of 5 stars. However, the reception experience could be improved, and the dining room acoustics made it hard to hear the waiter. Overall, a great visit, but a few details hold it back from perfection.
The welcome in reception was not very pleasant. The guy was so unpolite and we got the impression that we had come to a "factory". A smile and if he had the time to us - would have change a lot. Also the dining room is a room where the sound to bad and we could not hear the waiter. presenting the food.
I can warmly recommend this place. The 4 courses dinner with wine menu have a really high standard and I would say that the restaurant have a 5 star quality.
