Waste of money. The order never arrived. FRAUD!!!

The bag I received was nothing like the bag in the pictures, I didn’t get any tracking number and the shipping took 5 months. I sent messages asking about my package and got ignored, once the package finally arrived and I told them I wanted a refund they blocked me.

Sadly i was scamed too like everyone else, ordered the Miami boots waited 3 months they always said its the pandamic. Wrong boots came in the worst ever possible quality, i asked them for a refund they said „i asked my manager for a refund i am waiting for a respond too“ and now their internet site and instragram aren’t available. I lost 50€ For nothing just to get scamed where can i get my money back??

Absolute scam. Ordered boots January 31st, 4 months later still haven’t received them. At first they blamed all delays on covid then said my order had been reshipped as the supplier made a bad batch. Now they’ve stopped answering my emails. The website doesn’t work and their email address no longer exists. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I have ordered a bag on 12th February it’s been 4 months now and the tracking number is not working and if I email them I received the same answer please be aware

On 12 january i order an bag that never received and they don't respond to my texts. Please don't make the same fault i make.

Unfortunately my experience was the same as many others on here. Its been over 3 months and no sign of my item. Tracking says it does not exist so doubt anything has ever been posted! Awful customer service and refused refund so I have had to process a chargeback. Blame everything on covid but don't believe that rubbish, I've received everything else fine. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

SCAM!!!!!! does not arrive and they stop being responsive after initial emails. They pinned all delays on Covid but really are just scamming you. Never received item.

Today i received the boots i ordered 3,5 months ago. Two weeks ago i sent them an email that i want a refund because of the delay, they didn't answer but they sent me the boots which are not what i ordered at all, they are just some cheap fake not even similar to Miami boots that they advertise. DO NOT BUY.

A complete Scam!!!!! After 3 months, still haven’t received my boots, the tracking page doesn’t exist and when I tried to get some information all they did was begging me to trust them. Don’t buy from here!

Please don't make the same mistake as I did, DO NOT ORDER from this company, I've been waiting 3 and a half months for my order and have not been able to get any update from the company about my package. Absolute Scam of a website. I'll be sure to check reviews in future.

I ordered a pair of boots from their website in December and when I tried them on they hurt my feet because a nail was in the sole. I contacted them via email and Instagram and still haven’t got any response !!!
I definitely don’t recommend this brand, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen and their products are dangerous!

Update : they lied to me saying they would send another pair of shoes as an apology for the first “mistake” and it never came in the mai! They have now blocked me from their Instagram so that I can’t post any bad reviews anymore! Be careful, that brand is a big scam!

Do not buy from here! 9 weeks still no bag in sight! Tracking does not work at all , contacting customer services on Instagram for 6 weeks straight and they won’t give me a straight answer all I get is “feel for us no” no I won’t. Don’t be fooled by this scam!!

A total nightmare

Not only did it take over 1.5 months for my order to arrive, I received a completely different pair of boots, in a different size than ordered!

No response to emails or Instagram messages at all. Terrible, avoid at all costs.

Almost 3 months later and still receive nothing.

Don't buy here! You better can give youre money to a homeless family. (Of gooi het in de sloot)

Can't return anything!!!
I bought two pair of boots and one of them was way to small. Then I contacted the customer service for the returning form and they said that I couldn't return it because of covid????? So stupid!!! The customer service couldn't further help me and offered a discount on my next purchase but I will definitely not ever again buy something from KOA paris!
And also the shipping was very strange. I didn't even receive my shoes in a box and there was glue on the boots. They also came separate and the track and trace was not right. It came a few weeks later..

Massive rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Took a month to receive a cheap plastic pair of boots shipped from China. Instead of two leather fur lined items. I wouldn’t pay 10 dollars for what I received - not even boxed! I am 75 dollars down - I’ve asked for a refund and they have blocked me on their social media accounts.

Terrible!!
They dont reply to emails at all. They provided a fake tracking number. Once I've said Im going to report to the police about them, they blocked me on Insta.
So hopefully police will investigate it soon enough.

Update: I have been able to claim a chargeback via my bank - advise you all to do the same!

Worst company ever. This is a dropshipping company and their delivery isn’t as stated. I ordered at the end of Jan and nearly two months later my items still haven’t arrived. Have tried emailing, messaging on Insta, WhatsApp and not getting a response. The tracking number provided just says item not found. Avoid these charlatans and don’t part with your money.

Either its fake or taking the longest time to arrive.
My mum ordered two bags for my 22nd birthday and we've been waiting for almost 2 months now. i am so upset and disappointed.
