Perfect item very fast shipping

Suitcase was an excellent price and arrived in perfect condition. The box was NOT damaged and the suitcase inside wrapped in a large plastic bag and everything worked fine. Only thing that could have been improved is when it was ordered would have been nice to advertise that delivery would be 7 - 10 days which I did receive a response but only after I asked. I would purchase again from your website.

I just read about bad reviews, but I ordered Picard handbag (the same model as 4 years ago, thanks GOD they are still in stock :)), and it was delivered fast as it should, packaging also very good. The product as it should be is perfect quality and brand new. When I ordered first time was a lot of good reviews on truspilot, but before second time there was almost bad reviews, but the price decided for me, and I decided to repeat purchase :) And I want to say, even next time everything was good. I really recommend this shop.

The seller didn’t send me the luggage. He now wants 15€ more for the delivery which I never received in the first place. Horrible service

But after ordering my additional question was answered quickly and kindly.

service told me twice that the shipping by Dhl would be 3 to 5 days to Israel. It was ordered on the 9.12 and from 17.12 its still in Frankfort airport. Now they say Dhl told them it takes 20 days to Israel. Iyou need to say it BEFORE purchase!!! I would not have purchsed if I knew

I bought a Rimowa Classic Cabin S. I ordered it on a Sunday, and it was delivered to me in the UK on Wednesday. What I didn’t like was that I got no notification of dispatch. When I called them, I was initially told to call back during their opening hours (which I was doing, and yes I took into consideration the time difference). The second time, it just rang forever, and the third time I did get through to someone who did their best to help, but gave me incorrect information in the end.

I suspect if I had had an issue and needed to return the product, the quality of service would have diminished.

My advice for non-local buyers, pay by credit card so you have that protection, and don’t expect Amazon/ASOS levels of service where you can send back the item easily.
