Äntligen!! :-) Vill du uppleva den genuina sør-koreanska smaken, må du gå till restaurant KOGI på Nygårdsgaten 53 i Bergen. Här har de den typiska nedfällda barbeque grillen i bordet, där trevliga servitører kommer och grillar maten. Vi valde både barbeque av svinkött, nackkotlett och biffkött, samt Bulgogi. Vi smakade också på K-fried kyckling. Side dish skålarna med strimlet, marinert vårlök, kimchi, syltet ramslök i soyasås var bara helt ljuvliga i smaken. Allt avslutades med chokladglass och en god kopp av koreanskt grönt te.
Jag har bott 4 år i Sør-Korea och detta var som att flyttas direkt tillbaks. Helt underbart! En fantastiskt god Chef och väldigt trevlig och god servering! Avslappnad atmosfär. Här kommer jag så absolut igen <3
