I use KOHO online banking for my banking and loan services. I rate this company with 5 stars "EXCELLENT!" ,Because everytime I have had an issue, be it an accidently tap on the "close account" tab or a refund dispute with a retailer, I have always had respectable, honest, kindness and understanding from the Agent or team member from the customer service department or the legal department. As well Codi the AI support not. KOHO also helped me tremendously bring my credit score from 0 to good although it stands at the "fair" score range at the moment, they are fair and give me the advice I need to bring my score back up. They have excellent offers of ways to help you with your financial situations to improve the choices that I have made to give me good standing credit. They offer financial coaching and loans that help you raise your credit score. They will help me find a way to find the cash I need in an emergency situation. KOHO has, in my personal experience, the VERY BEST TEAM of ADVISORS working their hardest to help me improve my financial history. In my opinion KOHO ONLINE BANKING , is the online banking that EVERYONE should use... ☺️💯

I started using koho almost 2 years ago and at first they didn't have as many features as they do now, watching the roll out of allot of different beneficial features such as up to $250 dollars of cover instead of most banks 50 bucks, tenant insurance, credit building and even some crypto now with top tokens and low fees and to top it off 3.5% interest on your money. I've been recommending koho to everyone I know for quite a while and I've enjoyed being a part of koho's growth and I look forward for what is to come. You can also have a say in what rolls out by voting on features or putting in feature request for others to vote on, and everything I've voted on has been passed and rolled out, and that alone is an experience I've never had with any other company. I fully recommend koho and look forward to the future growth.

Excellent way to establish or repair your credit score!

Easy to use but ain’t building my credit yet but not giving. Up hope

KOHO was the first app I installed on my phone when I arrived in Canada in 2023. I have been using it happily since then. When I arrived in Canada, I was looking for a credit card to build my credit and was also hesitating to apply through a bank because of the interest issues, since I am a muslim.
I installed KOHO because I was able to use my own money to build my credit. I got my virtual card and started using it immediately. Very happy with the app so far. I usually don't write reviews, but only when I very, very much like a product or the opposite. Fortunately, KOHO was a nice experience.

It’s easy and very convenient! Highly recommend.

This will be my 2nd review on what I think of Koho, at this point I'm in shock at how many times I have 1 after the other different staff consulting with me. Each 1 asked me for all my information that I've given 14 times to count now, when does this Nightmare end Koho. I just want my life back, I've jumped through every hoop you asked of me and keep getting error codes when I attempt to sign in. You say sorry each time and say you're here for me, I feel like a Monkey in a cage

When I started to closely look at the fees and the amount of cashback, I realized the profit is actually very minimal.

I love KOHO I pay bills get your money fast so easy to use I love it useing it I use it all the time

I love this cyber banking with you. Every other bank I've dealt with over charges for transactions, never get cash back. Other banks take instead of give.

I would give 6 stars if I could. KOHO is my favorite banking and I’ve been with all the big banks. KOHO allows you to use your own purchases to borrow money. So you never have to worry about something coming up unexpectedly. If you have a paycheck going into the account it comes a day earlier. Also gives you a cover amount in case you have a payment come out and no money in your account so you don’t end up with nsf fees. The best part about KOHO is that it helps build your credit.

Great products for improving your credit rating.

I keep getting charged monthly for the yearly Credit Building Subscription, yet for some reason, it shows up as ignore never paid for it!
