If I could give negative 1000 Stars I would. I ordered a 70.00 cooler that look like a VW bus but i got a 2.00 toy VW plastic car thats 3inches tall. What a joke. I emailed they blamed me said I misread the Add there no mistaking I had pictures of what I ordered vrsus what I recieved. THey are so full Of crap. They offered me a 10.00 refund I paid 70.00 for a junk plastic toy. These people are criminals . Please I beg you dont ever order from them you will be greatly disapopinted. From reading all the compalints they do this to everyone. Stop them dont order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have tried to return toy truck that was promoted as a $100+ price for 50% off. Received the truck in a box written in Chinese. Box was so light it seemed empty. I did not open and asked to return. They will not give me return address. The return policy was 100% satisfaction or return. I paid $60 for the truck they wanted to give me $5 and then $8 as compensation told me I could keep the truck. Told them no and they still refuse to give me a return address. They keep asking why I want to return Item...SCAM-SCAM-SCAM- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME

Biggest scam out there. Ordered bumper boat and received dollar tree blow up ball. Turned them in to FTC,BBB, IRS and AMEX. Everybody do the same.

I order wifi camera in September that never come to me till now 10 of december, they send me a fake truck number and always they replay the same messages *dear customer could you please ask your neighbors if someone receive? Or you ask your local post offices*i went on their site i found their help number is 760..........................284.

3131 i call the Kokoerp and i got my 90 5 of the order amount back They deliver some cheap low budget crab
So don’t do business and don’t spend your money to them

I have been trying to get my watches from them for over a year. I have sent over 300 emails, and they still send me the same emails, telling me 1 it's in custom 2 it has been shipped, the tacking number is so far off. 3. Please check with your neighbors. And the best one yet. Check my roof.

Buy NOTHING from this very rogue company. ordered a nice dog bed, got some cheap that not even a rat would sleep in. Wrote and pointed this out, got the answer "can you not sell the product to a friend” !! Beware of these scumbags.

1 star is being nice. This email address is whom i am having problems with lindatodd2862 at kokoerp dot com. I ordered reborn twin dolls or what ever they are called. They came and looked like dog toys. I contacted them immediately for a refund and told to wait and return dolls to sender giving 1 month for them to receive. I did this after a long battle and still haven’t got my refund. They scam people out of their hard earn cash! STAY CLEAR. £50 is a lot of money for myself as i an a single parent

I have been going back and forth with these people for two weeks trying to get a refund. I can't believe what they shipped to me! It was advertised on Facebook (NEVER again, FB!) as a Yorkie puppy that was animated and moved like a real dog. My daughter LOVES Yorkies, so I ordered one. First of all, it took THREE MONTHS for it to get here. As soon as it did, I started the process of trying to get a refund. They have been arguing back and forth with me, first trying to get me to accept a 15% refund. Nope. Not gonna happen. I want a full refund.

Pretty annoyed to be giving 1 star, total scam, i never received my item and when contacting them they just keep asking for photo’s as proof...what do you want a photo of A BLOODY EMPTY POST BOX, told me to ring the courier and gave me the phone number...its in America and i live in the UK...absolute rip off 😡

VERY BAD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM! I don’t even want to give one star! I ordered a (supposedly) lovely doll with clothes, I received a $1doll that I wouldn’t give to my dog. I’ve been going back and forth trying to get my money back which I’m sure I’ll never see.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Waited over 9 weeks for merchandise that was not what I ordered. Refused to refund unless I paid the shipping cost back to China. They wanted to negotiate a refund and offered me a 5% refund.

FRAUD and nothing else, but i paid via Paypal and complained so hopefully i will get my money back

I ordered 3 lifelike puppies. I, like others, received three little fuzzy statues about 5 inches tall. I’m so angry about this cause they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. This is a huge SCAM. This is criminal in my mind. I want my Money back and no discounts
are going to fix this FRAUD!

SCAM, don't ever buy anything from them. I spent almost $100 on Haloween decorations and they never arrived. They never responded to my e-mails so I never got my money back. DON'T buy from them!

I ordered a 1.3 m width wooden world map for mounting on the wall. It arrived at .5 m, no stencil to position the continents by and in cork not wood. It was also the wrong colour wood but as it was cork it matters little. Charged $49 for this crap. I have written emails to them and will update when I get a response. I wish that I had checked here first.

This is a horrible company to deal with. They sell items by using different company names so it's difficult to see any true reviews. When you complain to them they will only offer a tiny percentage of what you paid. Thank goodness I paid through paypal and they gave me a total refund. Pretty much everything you see for sale on FB is a scam. Buyer Beware!!!

I paid $30 US dollars for a doll that is at most $1 US dollar worth. When I contacted them they offered me 10% refund, then 20%, then 25%, but there is no way I can accept this offer. If someone knows how to contact the internet police, let me know

Buyer beware! You will not get what is advertised. You will instead get a small plastic figurine smaller than a dollar bill. Or a miniature stuffed animal not mechanical at all. What a rip off!
