Went to a wedding yesterday & had my Koko Rose dress on. Great quality & service. Shop here quite a bit and returns are excellent too. 5 stars Koko Rose Boutique

Ordered 2 dresses and a raincoat. Arrived at my work the next day. Have recommended to all my work friends. Really disagree with some reviews on here. All fantastic for me.

Just received my 10th order from this boutique. Great service all round. Think I’m addicted to this shop.

Similar to other people experiences on here. I bought dresses that didn't suit and sent them back within the 14day return policy. They were issuing me with a 3 month credit note as they said I didn't return the items within the 14days. I returned the items 6days after receiving them and they received them one day after the 14days I had to return not that they had to receive!! I had to provide proof of return by sending my postal receipt that was ignored, another 3 emails and a fb messenger before I got a refund email. I shop online alot and never had this experience before. I will never be shopping from koko Rose again. My advice ladies is do NOT delay sending returns and keep your postal receipt they are only out to keep your money. If you shop around alot of their stock are on other sites as well.

You are an absolute disgrace of a company! How dare you not giving money back for returned products with an excuse that they were a couple of days late?? Everything is delayed due to pandemic.
You are issuing a voucher which is not valid???? This is robbery.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS SHOCKING!

Awful company. Very bad quality clothing that stinks of chemicals. First refused refund but then agreed. Paid for tracked delivery to send back. They claimed they didnt receive and then because I couldnt find receipt refused refund. AVOID!!

Company are extremely discriminating against fat people. They’ve posted on their Facebook and Instagram page, making fun out of them.
Once they were called out on this my various plus-size influencers and bloggers etc. They ignored the situation rather than apologising and acknowledging what they’d done wrong.
This company is run by bad people, they’re extremely hurtful to people.
I would rethink if you are planning to buy from them.

I have ordered cardigan what i received was shocking the cardigan was poor quality you could see through labelled as made in italy and the smell was like from cheap shoes ordered from china. Shape is different than on the shop online picture and colour as well its meant to be camel and i got dar
Brown colour of soil nearly. Cardigan is Awful. I got in touch with them through email and messenger on facebook i have been blocked imagine Its Scam i lost 60euro:(

Myself & my sister shop here on a regular basis, items are excellent quality and delivered on time. No problem with returns for refund. My fav online shop !!

I wish I had read the reviews on this place. They are a scam. I returned my items & they have not refunded me the money. It’s funny how everyone is experiencing this.
I have tried to contact them several times but they will not respond.

Buyer beware - I bought a cardigan online with them. It arrived and was completely different to photo on website. I emailed the shop and told me they'd give me 10% off my next order. So I returned the item a few days later but what with the delivery times in and out. They didn't receive within their 14 days policy and only offered me a credit note. This item cost 20e postage and then 55 pounds sterling so I'm out of pocket about 85e and they are not answering their phone or returning my emails. I shall try to go through the process of raising it with PayPal but this is onerous. Such a bad experience

I bought a dress in the sale and had to return as it was not true to fit. I contacted KoKo Rose and asked if I could have a refund before returning and she said yes. Then she said no it was sale and credit only. I could of returned the item by a friend but had already been out the cost of the postage thinking I was getting a refund. She put the dress back online for sale at a higher price! I have also bought a dress previous that was AX Paris, not great quality. When I looked on AX Paris website it was £10 cheaper!

I've bought of Koko Rose twice now and I only have positive comments to say. Fast, friendly and reliable services! Variety of good quality clothing with a fab price to go with it- highly recommend :)

I absolutely love Koko Rose Boutique! I have purchased many times and the quality of their clothing is always next to none. The delivery is always on time. I have also rang the company as I had a few queries, spoke to Roisin who is more than happy to help. I would recommend Koko Rose boutique to everyone! First class service!

I love the variety of clothes Koko Rose Boutique have to offer. The prices are very reasonable and the care that goes into putting together your order is lovely. I always shop with KoKo Rose Boutique and I highly recommend to everyone.

I received 2 dresses both of which were not true to size & actually fit my daughter(2 sizes bigger). I felt the quality of the dresses was poor - I did not like the fabrics and they looked cheap & 'tacky' even though they cost £140 & £80. Returned both dresses & 17 days later ( despite my phoning the company) I still have not got a refund and am still waiting! Take my advice - shop elsewhere.

Everything was fine with my order received the item on time but when I returned it thats when it went wrong. I got an email advising it would take up to 10 working days to process refund. This time has passed no refund emailed and sent message on Facebook and no response. Ive had to raise a claim with paypal. Never again to order from this company.
