Good products, well packaged
OK, I will rewrite the review because the product and the seller deserve 5 stars and my order actually arrived very fast, and not as I wrote earlier for a week. It took a week for another package I ordered the same day but from another seller :) In conclusion- I am very satisfied :) 5 stars from me :)

I am sorry that the yellow cartridge was empty. You shall of course return the cartridge to us. We will pay the postage, if you will give us your bank account No. Either we will send you a new cartridge, or we will send the amount back to you for the cartridge.

The transaction went smoothly and the ink cartridges were well packed and collected on time
As previously, the ink cartridges ordered were satisfactory, packed well and collected as instructed, on time. I will reorder as and when replacement cartrdiges are required.
