KontoFX 

I am working with KontoFX since December. With no experience on the market I had some concerns but in time I got comfortable with my account and investment. I am working with Adam Beyer, who helps me with my investment and explains patiently every move he makes.
My account has risen with 23% for last month and every time I login i`m excited to see his great work on the account.
Previously I have seen bad reviews on the company but most of them are people complaining about losing or not winning from the initial investment of £ 250. Even with my limited trading knowledge I can say that nobody can expect to become wealthy with the £250 investment.
All I can say is that I am very pleased with Adam`s work and the company in general.

I created a trading account about three months ago with a view to making a bit of extra money.
Adam, my adviser, is not only very knowledgable, I found him very friendly and easy to get along with.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to ingress funds to build the account and thought that all was lost but Adam has been very patient and has continued to trade on my behalf even though the funds were sparse and the benefits to him were minimal.

i am a complete newby in the financial world and have never dealt with cryptos in my life. thankfully i started working with brian and he has been very helpful from the start. explained everything that i need to know and got me an excellent financial plan to work with. he designed it in accordance to my current situation and i am very happy with the way things worked out. strongly recommend their services as of the professional approach.

I am Franc Kene and I am a small investor in the KontoFX system. I live in Slovenia, I'm a teacher in elementary school in retirement.
I found out about the possibility of investing in KontoFX via the Internet.
The first information was not entirely accurate, since it advertised the possibility of an investment of only € 250.
Since I am a retired person and I would like to improve my property position in the long run, I have transferred this amount to that account. In 2 days, (it was during New Year's holidays), he called me Mr. Shawn Leroy and I explained how trading in the KontoFX system was going and we agreed on my entry to the KontoFX system. I explained his fear of losing the amount invested, but he convinced me when he showed me clearly how the system works.
Mr. Shawn informed me how I was controlling the balance on my FX account and responding to all the questions I had about the investment. He also showed me how the money-back system works on my bank account and for a case I made a transfer of € 50 from my FX account to my bank card. I saw that the system works and because it offered me the opportunity, after a month and a half, my investment doubled. Of course, I am Mr. Shawn said that this is my final amount that I can invest.
Now I regularly monitor my status on the FX account once a day, and I am very pleased with the shown.
Mr. Shawn contact me regularly at least once a week, he asks if I have any questions and can help me, but he also informs me of all the novelty of trading.
I must say that the way of trading in the FX system is like me and I hope that we will continue to cooperate for a long time. For such an opinion, Mr. Shawn Leroy. I will also gladly recommend the system to other people, and I think that my son Nejc will soon join.
After the initial slight mistrust, I now fully trust the FX system and grade it with 5 stars.

I joined this organisation in October 2018 and under the supervision of my senior investment manager, Mr Shawn Leroy, I have seen my investment grow at approximately 20% per month.

The reason for this success is due to their very conservative investment model and high volume of trades. This means that any losses are very low as are the traded profits but the platform experiences more gains than losses on a daily basis. In addition there has been an additional income due to the Kontofx analysts taking advantage of arbitrage within the markets and also taking advantage of unique and identified market oddities such as when crude oil crashed a short while ago. I have also had no problem with my funds being repatriated.

Since writing the below review, things have come unglued ! No communication, no trading, l suspect l am simply another used and abused !
I have been an investor with kontofx since mid October last year (2018). Initially l was somewhat sceptical, but after some in depth conversations with Shawn Leroy decided to invest, and couldn’t be happier with that decision ! Money withdrawal issue

This is the email i set up with kontofx and my name Richard M

I asked in aug 2018 for my money back due to the attitude of warren, he tried to bully me into depositing more money,
He ridiculed my wages, my career choice and even the city where i live. I was contacted by another advisor, i re-iterated my decision to withdraw etc, then i was continually passed onto numerous other advisor's over the following month's til feb 2019 when i was told the money is all gone. Avoid this company like the plague

Feel free to say this is a 'fake' review, i have plenty of proof. Upon your denial i can produce screenshots, emails etc.

Great customer care I received from teh customer support from Danny.I deposited 500€ to open an account with Konto but after further consideration due ti a change in circumstance. I decided I did not want to continue seeting up an account or trade. After making a request to customer customercare email I rceived an immediate & reassuring replay from Danny who said they would refund my money with a few days. Trus to her promise the money was refunded withing 3 days even though their terms ate with 7-10 days. As I said I can not review trading with this comany but if the rest of their service is the same then I would be happy. Richard

Like most people on these bad reviews my experience is more or less the same.
I was talked into investing £750 after seeing an Ad on Dragons Den thinking it was real about Bitcoins.

Aaron Johnson contacted me on numerous occasions. All was really good to start with and the investment was showing a great deal of promise.

Very suddenly i was asked to invest more money as the more i invest, the more i make so to test the system and try to protect my investment, i requested a withdrawal. This was over 3 months ago and like every genuine review that suggests the company does not allow withdrawals, i am in the same situation.

From the moment i requested my withdrawal, i have not had any contact with the company since. I have tried many times to contact them, my account has been blocked. How can you follow this up when it is impossible to contact the company.

I contacted Action Fraud, my bank and the Police who all confirmed that this is a scam and unfortunately none of them can help in getting my investment back.

They are very smart but yet still, Scam or con artists. I will never get my money back, if i can stop just one person falling for this it will have been worth my effort.

KONTFX BAD EXPERIENCE
I decided to invest £250 with kontofx back in December after seeing an add on my computer all was going really well and the investment was showing on the computer that it was going up nicely so speaking to nick my accounts manager regularly on WhatsApp he asked me to invest more money I told him I didn’t have any more to invest then the conversations stopped no emails returned no WhatsApp answered it’s like they vanished I tried to do a withdrawal and nothing what so ever I contacted the bank and they have said this company isn’t real and they are scamming thousands off people I have not had a refund off them they do not answer any calls and they don’t have a contact number except WhatsApp what company works like this they are a fraud luckily my bank refunded the money I have contacted the police who have told me that I have been a victim of a scam company that they are now investigating DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY U WILL NOT GET A PENNY BACK

KontoFX are an excellent crypto currency hedge fund. They spent an inordinate amount of time discussing investment strategy and formulating a final plan. They have also helped me raise additional equity so that I can margin trade. The returns have been consistently good and their ongoing support has been very reassuring. I will continue to use KontoFX in the future and I would thoroughly recommend them to prospective investors. I haven’t looked back.

I almost give up dealing with Konto FX following the bad experiences with your 2 previous Account Managers who constantly pressured me to increase my investments without providing guidance inspite I told them I don't have much knowledge about share investments. Then came along Sebastian who is more patience and understanding and never hesitate to explain and provide information on questions I ask. He has given the encouragement and always there for me if I need the information I require. In the light of his frequent communication with me, I decided to invest additional 1,000 Euros to my investments. I look forward he will continue help me to increase my profits eventhough I have recently received 100 Euros as a result of his professional efforts, guidance and encouragement. Keep up your good work, Sebastian.

UPDATE of my experience with Kontofx.

It has been a difficult, frustrating and time consuming experience dealing with this company, and closing my account. However my account has now been closed and my money refunded in full.
I believe this is a scam company. My deposit was only the minimum amount. Paying small amounts back, sometimes! is part of their ruse...to make them seem legit. The reality is that people have lost thousands. I was lucky!! I have learned a very important life lesson...If it looks too good to be true, it probably is (too good to be true) Watch out for all the fake adverts.

I read information about this company online, with endorsements from well known celebrities and decided to open an account of 250 euro's. Within minutes of opening the account I had a phone call from a guy saying he was my financial manager. He was pushy and I became suspicious, unfortunately it was too late.

I have tried to withdraw my money several times, following all the procedures set out by the company. This has included sending copies of personal documents,in colour! of bank card, driving licence and utility bill. Without these documents I was told that my account would not be verified and that I could not withdraw my money.

After sending documents and having my account verified, I'm still unable to withdraw my money.

I have sent emails to my account manager, Adam Sayid, asking him to close my account and refund my money in full. He never responds to emails, but calls me repeatedly, using a high pressure selling technique, refusing to listen and totally avoids any discussion about closing my account. Several times I have tried to call him back on his London number, the number he uses does not take return calls. I have called the company several times on their land line, although I can get through to Adam Sayid, I can't get through to customer services, they just don't pick up the phone.

On line, you can see that your money is in your account. There is even a help section, tried this, left several messages, all ignored.
I am totally exasperated by it all and of course I feel stupid! Me and how many others!! Plus I got a call from the London number by a guy saying he was nothing to do with Kontofx, but would be my agent and get my money back!! I really had to laugh at this point!
My money has gone, don't make the same mistake. Be careful of adverts and celebrities making endorsements as these are false...I know that now. Always check reviews, I usually do!! Remember if something seems too good to be true, it probably is,,,TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

I get the impression that thousands of people have become victims of fraud with this company. Why are they still allowed to operate? I have reported them as fraud and have been in touch with my bank. They have a Face Book account! If you have one please share as a scam company. I have reported them to Facebook too.

I started trading with kontofx in January with so many different account managers I asked for a withdrawal request for my £500 and it was canncelled by nick I then put in for it again and it was cancelled again with no reason they now don’t answer emails and we carnt phone them because they don’t have a customer service contact or legitimate premises in the uk or any where else for that matter this is not a real trading company they need removing from trustpilot asap they have no address that is legitimate they have no contact number they never give you any money back when you ask for it and if you read some of there replies on here from kontofx they say to people who have invested money with them that when they have asked for a withdrawal there excuse for not paying them is that the investor will not answer the phone what has answering the phone got to do with the investor getting there withdrawal if you put money in on there made up investment site for a withdrawal it should be automatic but that wont happen because they are scam artists also ask them where the address is no one knows well they do but they wont tell you also listen to the talking in the back ground when they do call you because ive been on the phone to them for long periods of time when they do call you the so called really busy office that they work in is a tape recorder been played over and over repeatedly it wont be long before trustpilot if they want to keep there reputation will remove these scam artists we have contacted credit card fraud action fraud and the police and we are now in talks with the tv to get this advertised and out there for everyone to see so trustpilot if you do want to keep your good name remove these disgusting people off your site to save a lot more people

I invested £250 in KontoFX and quickly realised that this was a mistake for me. (It was a pop-up ad from Martin Lewis's website and I thought I was buying bitcoin.) To be honest I was very unhappy with pushy people on the phone making it difficult to close my account and get my money back. However, after reading the reviews on here where KontoFX consistently said to e-mail customer services, I sent them an e-mail. There was absolutely no hassle from Customer services: they promised to refund my money, and within a couple of days it was back in my account. So my advice would be to stop trying to reason with people on the phone if you're trying to get your money back - go straight to customer services because they actually get things sorted for you!
