Great prices, flawed delivery and communication
The prices and offer of products is excellent. And I specifically loved that you can order by 6pm and get it delivered the day after (on a workday).
I was in urgent need of some products, so I placed an order - on a Thursday - and was sent an email that indeed I will receive the delivery the following day. No cookie. Well into the weekend, the delivery tracking page kept saying that the parcel will be delivered on the Friday (it was already Sunday). It was eventually delivered on the following Monday evening - 2 workdays and a whole weekend apart.
None of the delay was communicated to me, leaving me to speculate all through. The tracking page updated on Monday midday, as if nothing happend.
So for my specific need, this service failed, and I had to find more urgent alternative meantime.

Bad delivery
I usually buy only cleaning products from this company, but on two occasions in a row the shampoo arrived opened. As a result, some of the products in the box became wet and covered in soap.
The second time was worse: the package was poorly packed, and two hand washes were leaking. The rice was also opened, and since I ordered many edible products this time, you can imagine how bad the situation was.
I understand that DHL may not have handled the boxes carefully, but regardless of that, the products inside had no separation or stable protection for the journey.
In addition, most of the time I spend more than 74 euros to get free delivery, which means a large number of products in one order. This should require better care and attention to logistics.

Very bad. Delivery was promised the next day, but was not fulfilled. The order shipped late, was delivered to the package point (instead of to the door) late, and no responsibility for this is taken.

Promises, promises...
"Op werkdagen voor 18:00 besteld, volgende dag in thuis" - that was the main reason why I placed an order on this site. I was (and I am still) in desperate need of some items, since I am badly sick. Before placing items in the basket I checked twice if everything is in stock. And already for 5th days I am waiting... I chosen the delivery to "afhal punt', knowing that usually it happens quicker then delivery to home, and that was my second big mistake (after trusting the slogan "voor 18 o'clock besteld"...). Today, on Saturday, the package finally arrived to "afhal punt", but to get it I need to present "afhalkode", which WASN'T sent to me yet by DHL. Now it is weekend, and I am afraid, that I can get the package not earlie, then on Monday, which will be already at least the 6th day of waiting. Black Friday? Everybody knows it! So, please, if you know that as well, don't put promises of the delivery time as a slogan, if you are not able to keep it for any reason.
I can't say anything about goods themselves yet, of course?
