Slow response and no data protection

I do not get this website. I cannot transfer any funds as it is asking me to verify me with a proof of document, which I uploaded to their website. Then it was declined.I have uploaded my driver license, so that should be sufficient info for them, somehow it is not. And BY THE WAY, what happened to GDPR / KVKK compliance in Turkiye? How can I make sure that the information I have uploaded is deleted, how do I get a proof of confirmation from website? Live chat is responding to my messages once every hour or so with broken English, how can I actually communicate with these guys?
