First of all, they were very proactive in communicating with me. I needed to change the shipping address to a different country, and they handled it without any issues since the product hadn’t been shipped yet.

I've been using the backpack for less than a year, and I love my Clickpack X. The design is stylish and perfectly suited for my daily commute. Additionally, when I’m wearing it in crowded places, I don’t have to worry about anyone trying to steal anything from it.

Fast and neat delivery, beautiful product

Everything is perfekt

Solid bag, but has some minor issues. The strap can easily be unhooked if you are not wearing it. Avoid getting the lock wet or it will interpret as contact. Be sure to take the fingerprint at your most used angle. Finally, there is no extra spot on the bag to carry a water bottle or mug.

I bought a product from their Kickstarter, and I am extremely frustrated because I still haven’t received it. They completely ignore all my complaints, and it’s been almost a year with no product and not even a single explanation. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

It's the second time a delivery from them is returned by Brazilian customs due to faulty documentation.
They don't return my e-mails or refund me.

Scam.
Didn’t receive any product.
Helpdesk has no reply.
Customer service has never replied.

How do I get my money back.

The Clickpack Travlo backpack is simply amazing! From the appearance to the functionality, it exceeds all my expectations. It's very convenient to use and makes me feel secure when I'm out and about. It's a trustworthy, high-quality brand!

A robust and a very flexible backpack. I really love the multiple pockets that are available across the backpack. The built quality is top-notch, and I really liked the cautions on the straps. Yet, it’s the strap adjustment mechanism that I would suggest to develop further, as it’s very easy to unbuckle the straps

Really well constructed bag. People who have traveled

Costumer service is actually unbelievably ridiculous. They refuse the replacement of the bag i purchased that was broken because " it was used many times "
The same people on their website claim a lifetime warranty. Just ridiculous

Scam! Never received my product

never received order. be carefull

Fraud. Complete disregard to backers.

Paid USD 267 for 2 backpacks FlipPack, 6 months ago on Indigogo. The bag is available on Amazon. Had not received the product. No reply to 5 chaser emails.

Once every couple of months there is a broadcast from the campaign "to reassure" contributors. My favourite line from them:

"Our team has been listening carefully to your comments and contributions. However, our team has been focusing on new product development, so we have not communicated with you much in the last two months."

The previous communications reinforced their message that any problem with your experience is your own fault because you:

1) didn't follow our campaign
2) used Apple ID to sign up to you Kickstarter account
3) changed your address
4) didn't complete PledgeBox form that they sent

Their PledgeBox link leand to "No campaign found". I had not done any of their other reasons for the delay/non-reply.

Avoid this company!

I funded this project on Kickstarter and the delivery took more than one year, almost two, but it finally arrived and I love it.

Scammers!! I back them on Kickstarter last year and they never gave the backpack. Its already the end of 2020 and we have got an answer. They just ran away with the money. The experience have been so bad that I think I will never back a company again
