Never received my product or a refund. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered 3 items and you ordered 4 items, you got one for free (Othe cheapest priced one). I managed to find 4 lovely items (from their pictures on their website) I liked, including a dress I could wear for a my Birthday party which i never received. Weeks later, 2 ITEMS arrived but not thE OTHER 2 dress! No notification whatsoever about where my dress was...I tried to contacted their Service dept. FOR A REFUND and the WEBSITE IS DOWN NOWwas told basically, sorry that Wedding dress wasn't available now ! Geez, thanks for telling me pal! My order was over a certain amount so shipping costs were free. The 2 ITEMS I received were of such poor, cheap, quality and didn't match OR LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON WEBSITE. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

I managed to find 4 lovely dresses (from their pictures on their website) I liked, including a dress I could wear for a Wedding. Weeks later, 3 dresses arrived but not the Wedding dress! No notification whatsoever about where my Wedding dress was...I contacted their Service dept. and was told basically, sorry that Wedding dress wasn't available now ! Geez, thanks for telling me pal! My order was over a certain amount so shipping costs were free. The 3 dresses I received were of such poor, cheap, quality and the floral pattern on one didn't match up at the seams and they used white cotton instead of black cotton (black material). On another dress (cream lace) the Sleeves and quality of lace were totally different to their pictures on website. The buttons all the way down the front, were so cheap and vile I couldn't believe it. The third gown was so thin, my dish cloths are thicker! It looks terrible on. All in all I was so disappointed and angry. I wrote to the Service Dept. and told them exactly what was wrong. They asked me for pictures and an explanation...I sent pics. And had to resend them again...Then they asked me for pics. again and another explanation. I told them to read all my correspondence from day 1 and look at all the pics. I've sent and I demanded a total refund. They offered me a Refund of 30% and said I took too long to go back to them! What a flipping joke! I reminded them to read the date of my very first email when I wrote to them asking where my Wedding dress was...They then said I could send it all back to them and they would Refund me but I had to pay the return shipping cost - which I don't mind...They also said I must pay for the shipping costs when the 3 dresses were sent to me. What an audacity! They didn't pay any Shipping I don't think; their 3 different (the dresses came from three different suppliers in China originally ???) Suppliers must have paid for the Shipping costs...Anyway, I'm sending the dresses back to a strange address in the USA that other people on Trustpilot have spoken about which is very disturbing...This Co. has all different names so I'm very wary now. I spent nearly £80 and just feel total despair now. We shouldn't buy anything from these Charlatans...I wonder if local Chinese people buy from them???
