No engagement, no interest to help me buy

I made an enquiry about a Quooker tap ‘free installation’ I saw in their website. It was for April, 2 months ago. I was surprised to receive an email saying ‘offer expired’ without the courtesy of asking if I wanted the product with paid installation which I would have. Infact I need a whole new kitchen. This company lost an opportunity for a significant sale. I hope they read this and learn from it, 1) keep website updated and relevant 2) recognise a prospect and convert to a customer
