Poor Website, Non Competent Customer Support

Kredslob is both my heat provider and waste collector. Despite having registered for automatic payment, I received a bill of 106 kr for a late payment. When I logged into both the "Genbrug og affald" and "Varme" portals, I saw messages confirming that I was registered for automatic payments and that all bills had been paid.

I contacted customer service, and they informed me that my automatic payment was only set up for heat, not waste, and they couldn’t explain why I couldn’t see this information. I also sent an email and was told there might be a system delay. After waiting a few weeks with no change, I decided to investigate the issue further myself.
It turns out that whether you log into "Genbrug og affald" or "Varme", the same bills are displayed. To switch between the two services, you need to use the menu on the right side of the page and select "Renovation" for "Genbrug og affald" or "Varme." This process is confusing and not user-friendly.

It’s unfair that customers have to pay for errors caused by the website, and it’s frustrating that customer service couldn’t resolve the technical issue. I've seen other customers mention experiencing the same problem, yet Kredslob hasn’t fixed it. This is likely to affect new customers in the future as well.
