Doesn’t deserve a 1 star, Needs Negative 5 stars. Location on Jefferson Ave. and Dembigh Blvd. In NN, Va. Is a joke. I literally sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes waiting on 2 dozens donuts whil... See more

Disappointed in their collaboration…

Disappointed in their collaboration with JK Rowling and Harry Potter. Clearly shows where their values are in supporting the degradation of transgender and women's' rights.

Will not purchase these going forward, though have in the past.

My one star is entirely due to the app

My one star is entirely due to the app. I have had $19 on the app and for the last 4-5 months, KK has not been able to process the payment from the phone. At times I get a survey receipt (filled out it is good for a free dozen if you purchase one dozen). On the survey I have make it known of this problem. Survey say would you like KK call you and I say yes. They never do. I get donuts for our local Fire and Police Departments once a week, so I'll continue with KK. Cheaper than Dunkin Donuts. Other than hoping someone from corporate will respond here I don't have much hope to use the $19 on the app.

Way too sweet, poor quality, way too expensive for what you get

Ordered doughnuts from a location in Springfield, IL and St. Louis, MO area in the same week due to traveling.

It seems like KK has switched the sugar coating in some manner as it is now so sickly sweet that it is not enjoyable as it has been in years past...or my taste buds have changed (and I have a sweet tooth). I used to be able to put away a dozen of these and not think twice.

All filled doughnuts skimped on filling, where you might get one bite with filling and the rest just dough, which was disappointing. The point of a filled doughnut is to have filling. It wouldn't be so bad if the doughnuts weren't pushing $20 a box (especially when you are likely to pay upcharges on many already outrageously priced doughnuts in their case).

I could have chalked it up to just the location, but found this to be true in two different markets within the same week.

The combination of overpowering sickly sweet, lack of quality control, and cost has pushed me to decide to not buy KK doughnuts in the future.

While I love doughnuts, these dudes are no longer pleasurable, being too sweet, low quality control or skimping to maximize profits, and way too expensive for what you get.

Props to sweet Charlie

I am reviewing the Montgomery, AL store on the Atlanta Hwy. I went by there fairly late last night and originally placed an order from my mobile app. It would not go through, so I asked the lady at the drive through if she knew why. She sweetly told me to pull up and she could probably help me with it. I was ordering the dozen of mixed donuts that I chose, but they were out of 1 of the donut choices and that is why it would not allow me to order. She took my phone and figured the issue out for me so kindly and patiently. Her name is Charlie, and I REALLY feel that she needs real props, because she was sooo friendly, helpful, and patient. She spoke well and thanked me even though I was the one who was extremely appreciative of her for her help and kindness. Please gives this girl a REAL thank you from her bosses. She really deserves a raise and I am not kidding! This type of courtesy is so hard to find these days, especially in Montgomery, AL. GOD Bless you Charlie and thank you once again. 💯❤️ You restored my faith in humanity and made me realize that even with something as simple as this, kindness makes the world a much better place to live.

What has happened to the once excellent…

What has happened to the once excellent Krispy Kreme doughnuts?
Purchased 3 in a box, a triple chocolate one, a strawberry one, and a marshmallow bunny one. I had the triple chocolate one, I took a bite, no internal chocolate paste, took a second, no chocolate paste, a third, ooooh a bit of a hint of the internal chocolate paste, a fourth bite, another hint but no real paste. I opened it up to reveal.... the smallest amount of chocolate paste. Perhaps it should be renamed as "Hint of triple chocolate" , as it appeared just to have had an accident in the chocolate injection section where the injector missed the doughnut and but left a smudge from the chocolate paste injector.

Ia misuse instead of hiring humans

They mistreat their employees and pay them very little, and are using ia instead of humans causing misunderstandings than low salary workers has to fix; instead of wasting money on ia pay better to your employees.

Krispy Kreme has terrible customer…

Krispy Kreme has terrible customer service! I have called them several times to have them reset my password for the Krispy Kreme app and they will not do it. They say they have the request to reset the password and it’s in review, They will not give a time frame for when I will receive an email to reset the password. So essentially I will get access to my app whenever they feel like getting to it. In the meantime, I can’t access the account so I am not able to fully participate in the rewards program. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. There inability to send out an email to reset a password for several weeks means they don’t care about customers using their loyalty program. In fact it appears they don’t want customers to use their loyalty program at all This company is terrible at customer service. They don’t care about customer loyalty. Bad Company!!! No respect for customer loyalty at all.

They need to vet their employees better because they spit in my drink for the longest time I thought a let it go but I recommend just go to dunkin dounts I have never experienced something like this and I'm so disgusted I didn't have a argument with the employees very unprovoked if they didn't want to make the drink I rather they deny service then feel like spitting in my drink.

Krispy Kreme near Eureka

Krispy Kreme near Eureka, MO SUCKS! They have never been open every time I stop by when I'm in the area. Two days ago, I stopped by, and they were actually open! I placed my order in the drive thru, only to be told that they were actually closed due to a donut shortage. How is this place still even open!?!?!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...

WHAT NORMALLY WOULD BE A 5 STAR - THIS TIME IT IS A 0 STAR RATING BUT THIS SITE ONLY GOES TO 1.
NORMALLY GREAT SERVICE WHEN GOING TO 1331 West Craig Rd North Las Vegas, NV 89032 LOCATION.
WE HAD JUST ARRIVED BACK INTO LAS VEGAS AFTER JUST ABOUT 12 HOUR DRIVE FROM UTAH
AND ASKED FOR THE "SPECIAL" 12 ORIGINAL GLAZED & PUMPKIN ORIGINAL GLAZED FOR THE $2.
WE ERE TOLD - WE DO NOT MAKE THEMM FOR ANOTHER COUPLE HOURS... REALLY - THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS... WE MADE OUR FIRST STOP AT
KRISPY KREME BUT AT 8AM THEY ARE UPREPARED TO SELL WHAT THE CUSTOMERS NEED OR WANT...
MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THEM...
TOLD TO DRIVE BACK IN A COUPLE HOURS... NOPE... WE WILL BE HOME AND READY TO HIT THE SACK TO CATCH UP ON OUR SLEEP...
WE DO NOT NEED TO GO BACK OUT EXHAUSTED, NOT FOR DONUTS... I DECIDED TO GO TO OUT TO SONIC WHEN WE WOKE FOR A QUICK MEAL...YOU LOST OUR BUSINESS - NOT WORTH IT...

Krispy Kreme offer refused

I have a offer from Krispy Kreme for a free dozen doughnuts on their app & I went recently to use my offer but was refused because this offer did not show up under my phone number at the store. I even showed them the phone app where it plainly showed I had 1 free dozen coming to me. I have contacted headquarters, BBB, can't get anyone to help with this. It is not right for me to not get what I was offered & then ignored by the company & store. It is no way to treat your customers.

Awful

Awful, went to New Malden branch twice in space of 2 weeks at 8.30am and was told I couldn’t have a coffee as they had no milk. Joke of a service will never try there again.
