I felt the need to share my positive experience with Krisshop. I ordered sunglasses with my air miles and was given an expected delivery of 14 to 28 days. They arrived today, after 10 days, in perfect condition . Credit also to DHL, who delivered them from Singapore to the UK within 2 days.
Very happy with Krisshop experience
I purchased 6 items from Krisshop (jewelry and perfume) and had them delivered on the plane. We were extremely pleased with the delivery process and quality of the goods. We ended up with significant discounts which helped. Choosing and paying for the goods on my phone took patience and persistence but then you would expect careful selection of 6 items to take a while and be harder on a phone than on a pc. It worked out very well for us.

Placed an order online for liquor to be collected on board SQ. However there was no email confirmation, money were instantly deducted from my credit card payment. I emailed Krishop customer care twice but No Reply from them at all. Chatbot is 100% Useless. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and is an absolute disgrace. Now I'm really worried if I can get to receive my purchase at all.
Stay away if you can, spend your money elsewhere.
Appalling experience, designed to discourage placing an order
Clearly, the website is designed to make redeeming your vouchers as painful as possible. It took me nearly a month of painful correspondence with the help line to even place an order. I can see why some people just let their vouchers expire. Who needs this experience.
The site is super 3rd world slow and keeps returning negative responses.
Considering that it is part of Singapore Airlines, I wonder how such appalling service can be accepted.

Misleading claim of international delivery
After an awful experience on Singapore Airlines, they gave me $200 to use with KrisShop -- and said "no rush, you can order from home in the US. Guess what: Most products are only delivered to Singapore! I wasted hours trying to find something.
KrisShop a scam and unreliable shop
I wonder if this is a SCAM shop. I selected a Tablet online and redeemed with my points + additional payment. I obtained a purchase confirmation by email and it mentioned item is out for delivery and I will receive it on 22nd Sept. However when I asked for the tracking number and status 2 days later, KrisShop informed item is out of stock and immediately said that it will refund! How could a reputable company 'faking' their advertisement online!? They can't even fulfil their own binding contact as a seller! There is no customer service mindset and didn't even bother to get the replacement stock that we had ordered. I believe all their online products and discount are misleading as shown in the website after reading so many bad experiences comments.
Krisshop - What a bitter pill - even after so many years
Order sent on 26 Sep 2025.
Was informed will be shipped within 7 days.
Nothing.
1st email sees no response.
2nd email garnered a response 4 days later with a promise to respond with 3 days.
And as you can expect - nothing.
Called the customer service; mentioned wait time ~2min. 10 min elapsed, with the music still playing.
No update about item purchased.
No email from Cust Svc.
No response from any form of contact.
Why don't Krisshop just close this online business when you're not interested?
Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service, failed to fulfill orders and many broken promises by customer services. Placed the original order on 26th April, limited updates but assured it was "on its way".. after 1 month was advised it was delayed but would be sent in 2 more weeks. After 2 months of chasing and often being ignored by Kris Shop - finally advised "out of stock". Offered alternative item, which was then delayed again by another 6 weeks and then told the item had been "lost" in transit. Total of nearly 4 months since the original order and then offered a refund of my Kris Flyer Miles... further advised it takes 3 to 4 weeks to refund miles in their system... of course 5 weeks later... no miles refund completed. A complete shambles of a business and a disgrace that this is how Singapore Airlines rewards its customers.. they should read these reviews and take urgent action to improve or close down Kris Shop. 0/10 and avoid at all costs.

It’s the worse experience ever
It’s the worse experience ever, I would never order again from them. Firstly , they can’t fulfill orders that was placed, 2nd , getting a reply from their customer service is as good ad striking lottery. 10 to 1 ratio , 10 emails chasing for an answer you get 1 reply. My order was placed 2nd sept, now is 30th sept…and they still have not delivered or settled what they owe to me to settle the order.. its shocking and very very disappointing… its unreal.. u think kris shop is linked to kris flyer or Singapore airline…this is really really upsetting. I hope I don’t need to wait another 3 weeks before I get sorted.

Absolutely USELESS site!
Absolutely USELESS site!! Ive tried so many times to get through the delivery part of the shopping cart!! Messages keep saying, check/review your cart, and the address doesn't have a 'region'. Ive deleted and re-entered my address multiple times!! The shopping cart is correct. It won't let me get any further to purchase the product!! For an airline that is supposed to be one of the better ones, this shopping site is a JOKE!! I agree with another reviewer who said, that they don't want us to use/access our points.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

ZERO after-sale service
ZERO after-sale service. I'm stuck with a defective US$70 jisulife handheld fan as jisulife does not recognise krisshop as an authorised dealer. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! Should have read the reviews here before buying, so many facing similar issues.
Sceptical initially but all turns out well
I was very sceptical about ordering from KrisShop after seeing all the comments (mostly negative). However, as my husband and I were going to be in Singapore (we live in the U.K.), I decided to go ahead and placed orders with KrisShop using our KrisFlyer miles for the items to be delivered to the hotel we were going to stay in. To my relief, all of our orders were already at the hotel when we arrived and everything very well packed. I believe things went well because I deliberately chose items that do not have a blue triangular tag on the left-hand corner of the item saying “KrisShop Living”, as I suspect these items are stocked, managed and despatched by vendors outside the control of KrisShop. I also phoned KrisShop customer service to make enquiries before placing the orders. I was put in a queue and the automated voicemail said my call would be answered in approximately 2 minutes. My call was answered in 2 minutes and the adviser was very helpful. So all in all, I was relieved that I got all my orders and was happy with my KrisShop experience.
7-10 days delivery for stock item
I did not pay attention to the fact the delivery time was well hidden throughout the whole ordering process.
So only when I had completed the purchase of an e-reader, I got the confirmation it takes standard 7-10 days delivery for a Kobo Living item (whatever that means).
I'm a PPS member, so expected some krisshop perks without checking too much into it. Turns out, I paid 15SGD more then the usual suspects Shopee or Lazada and need to wait longer for my item.
Completely useless outfit
Completely useless outfit. Item delivered to me on a flight - did not work - getting to speak to someone is almost impossible and getting to return the item is complicated and takes a huge amount of patience
Do not buy from KrisShop. Buyers Beware!
Do not buy from KrisShop. Non existent after sales support. I bought Hoverair X1 and was trying to get replacement batteries that swell. No response via email, chatbot or phone. Emailed Hoverair and they can't do much because KrisShop is not an authorised reseller for them! Now I am stuck with faulty product and no recourse!!
