I am already getting nervous with all this negative comments here. My car is in their workshop for reparation 'skoda octavia" with sticking clutch problems.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Kronborg Auto. :) It definitely comes with a good employee who cares.

My appointment for ID3's software update was rescheduled, which I understood because of some network problems I heard about before.

To start with, I was a bit upset because I could not get a replacement car on the new scheduled day early in the morning. But what I appreciate is that Mesut who was handling my car follows the situation closely and updates me in time. So in the afternoon, he booked an ID5 for a replacement car as my ID3 could not finish update that day.

I was happy driving ID5 the next morning and in the meantime, my car was also ready that morning.

What I really like to point out is that Kronborg Auto has hired a very good employee. Mesut replied my emails about the car situation late in the evening which has way passed his working hours. I was surprised to receive an answer. Most people won't look at emails after they finish work and go home.

Even though my car took a little bit over a day to finish the update, I got to drive the ID5 and was happy with the service, especially how Mesut handles this.

We know that sometimes things happen and might not go as expected. But how you handle the situation correctly afterwards can truly tell a person's quality and ability.
