Not much of a review writer but wanted to leave one for David and Kronos… I’ve had a great experience from start to finish: Kronos stocks an extremely well curated range of hifi and accessories, and David gives great advice, combining his deep knowledge week lots of enthusiasm. I’ve been introduced to brands previously off my mainstream radar. The end result is a great sounding system, even though it may end up costing more than you’d originally budgeted for 😂. Highly recommended

I recently purchased a Waversa W Slim Lite 2.0 streaming amplifier after taking time to listen to this and another product at the Dungannon store. The customer service and advice provided by David was excellent; and plenty of time was provided to listen to the performance of the products in question. This is a great HiFi store.

Placed the order with Kronos for the Eversolo DMP-A6 Master Edition. It was out of stock there and most other places. But they responded straight away to questions. We’re helpful and informative.

The package was delivered sooner than expected on a Sunday. No problems. Would definitely use Kronos again.

The Norstone Spider equipment rack looks great and is excellent value for money. A definite big upgrade on my previous rack. Highly recommended.

Bought from the website - very easy. Delivery was prompt, but the courier left the product (wrapped in black plastic) outside the front door in direct sun in 34° heat, not sheltered inside the porch as requested. They didn’t even ring the bell to let me know it had been delivered. This wasn’t Kronos’s fault, but they should choose their couriers better.

Really great service from Kronos, and the Eversolo DMP-6A Master Edition sounds absolutely fabulous.

Excellent service and advice from David to take my vinyl playback to a whole new level. Both the new Hana ML cartridge and the Gold Note PH10 phono stage (used, but immaculate) are exceptional products, and I really appreciated David's advice to get the most of my system.

I’d been looking for a replacement stylus for my turntable for some time. An internet search led me to Kronos, and I sent an email asking if they knew what the replacement was, and if they had one in stock. Matty at Kronos quickly replied to my message with a positive reply.
Later that evening I ordered the replacement and it popped through my letterbox 2 days later.
The item was supplied well packaged and secure well done to Matty and a big thank you for an excellent service.

Excellent service from Kronos,got a very good deal with a trade in for my old P10 phono stage.
Very fine product, the P20 is very good step up over the P10.

Great service received when I placed an order, but subsequently raised a question and the team held back dispatching the item until it answered, just in case the item wasn’t the correct one. Highly recommend buying from here based on my experience.

Looking for a Blueaura V40, they hadn't the speakers colour I wanted. They promised to swap for the right color but after 1 year it never happened, because the new speakers from Blueaura were too expensive. After several calls they proposed no solution and I'm left with a product that it's not what I wanted.
They sell quite expensive equipment but they don't seem to support they customer properly.
Be aware not to trust promises on purchases

UPDATE 29/07/2023:
I had a discussion with Kronos AV and particularly with Richie; they understood the situation and they managed to come back to me with an interesting proposal. I will manage to swap the speakers with a different colour ones as initially planned.
Thanks a lot to Kronos AV support, they can be quite responsive also if at some point they were in a stuck with a difficult promise. I had a really nice offer now from them that will resolve everythings.
