On August 18

On August 18, the day when the clouding of my mind came over me, I committed one of the greatest stupid things in my life.
I ordered the missing parts for my instruments from kruis gereedschappen.
After making the payment, I was notified that my order would be delivered in a month!!!!
But after a month, to my reasonable question, where is my order, I was notified that they had problems with deliveries !!!! And they will inform me when they can fulfill my order!!!! To clarifying the question, when should I expect my order, they answered me that they do not like my questions !!! That is, the client must wait until they fix their problems, as long as they see fit!!!!
Fortunately, I made the payment via PayPal, thanks to an open complaint, I managed to at least get my money back ...
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
ESPECIALLY SHOULD AVOID PURCHASING TO PROFESSIONALS, IT IS BETTER TO BUY PARTS DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURERS.
SAVE TIME, MONEY AND NERVES.

The confirmation of my words is the answer of the company given below. it is clear from it:
1. The company is unable to fulfill customer orders.
2. The company hides from customers the fact that it has significant difficulties during the ordering process.
3. The client does not receive information about the difficulties with the company until more than a month has elapsed, after he tries to find out what happened to his order.
4 The company takes it as a personal insult to name the approximate delivery time of the order from customers who have been waiting for months for their order.
5. The company in its response "forgot" to clarify that the refund occurred AFTER a complaint was sent to PayPal, payment was made using PayPal. I'm afraid that if the payment was made by a bank card, then the company, instead of returning the money, referred to difficulties and was offended.

We sent you an email in response to your first question, telling you that we really did not know the delivery time of some of your parts, because of international supply troubles and that your options were unfortunately to wait for the products or more information, or to cancel your order. We did not have other options and we refund everyone who does not want to wait. In response you demanded to be informed immediately (in capital letters) about the delivery time in a strongly worded email. We interpreted that as you being totally unsatisfied with our services, so we refunded you the money.
