Unmet Expectations and Unprofessional Approach to Obligations
I would like to share my negative experience regarding our cooperation with this company. Unfortunately, the quality of services and the culture of communication do not meet professional standards. The main issues we encountered were:
Unfulfilled Commitments: Company representatives make baseless promises during negotiations that are subsequently not kept. Verbal agreements and assurances often diverge significantly from actual actions.
Failure to Meet Deadlines: Work is not completed within the agreed timeframe. Delays are systemic rather than isolated incidents, which severely disrupts operational planning.
Poor Quality of Work: The final output is subpar and often requires additional corrections. There appears to be a lack of competence or effective quality control mechanisms.
Lack of Transparency: Communication is very limited. No detailed reports or full information regarding the actions taken are provided, making it difficult for the client to understand exactly what is being billed and the actual status of the project.
In summary, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values adherence to deadlines, high quality, and transparent collaboration.
