Kualo helped in getting the transfer of over 10 web sites transferred from my current hosting to their hosting and a few domains across...
The web site builder was also used which does allow a new build of web site if required...staff very responsive mainly through ticket system and waiting time short normally in an hour or so - and chat very good also ...
So far very pleased I changed to them - plus fees as good as anyone else..
