Kualo has been a pleasure to work with.
Service is of high importance to us. While Kualo does use the ubiquitous ticket model, they assign tickets to capable staff who handle the requests quickly.
Our organization has 3 shared hosting accounts at various levels with them. All work as well or better than anticipated. The first site was a test -- the other two come from having provided good service.
So far (about 2 years and counting), they are well above the other hosting services we have used.
