We've been using hosting providers for around 15 years now and they all seem to start off giving great support, but that rapidly goes downhill, so we end up moving every year or two, however, Kualo has never been anything but consistently excellent, and we have thrown a few random issues at them over the years from both WordPress and Magento sites and their support has always been effective, fast, friendly and role relevant (i.e. geek talk to our geeks, but layperson terms to our non-geeks) so whoever is in charge of customer service needs a pat on the back, it's the best we've ever come across and has never dropped in quality!.
