I opened an account yesterday with a view to install a piece of software. Unfortunately, the software was out of date and couldn't be installed or used as intended, not Kualo's issue at all. Since that was the only purpose of opening the account, Kualo refunded me in no time.
I have found their support first class and once I need another hosting account, I shall not hesitate to use Kualo again.
Truly outstanding!
