My husband recently took over a church-based organisation which had a website with Kualo. Sadly, the previous webmaster had passed away very suddenly, so nobody knew the login details, etc. Kualo staff were very courteous and helpful, but needed certain information regarding the deceased person which we were unable to give. We explained the situation and, whilst still adhering to data protection requirements, the staff managed to work out an alternative route for us to reclaim the website. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, especially Jo and Scarlett, and their customer service is gold star. We would definitely recommend this company, we can't fault them in any way at all.
