I had a very good experience renting with Kudos Living. Communication was clear, the house was well maintained, and everything was handled professionally.

It was a peaceful and comfortable place to live. I would recommend them to future tenants.

I really enjoyed my time living at one of Gwyneth and Simon’s property, They were consistently responsive and truly cared about both the property and their tenants. I lived there for five years and was genuinely very happy. The house was always spotless, well maintained, and truly felt like home. It was clear they put a great deal of effort into ensuring everything ran smoothly. I’m really grateful for such a positive renting experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-maintained place to rent.

Can’t fault these guys at all. If ever a small issue came up, they were on hand asap. Highly recommend

I have lived 10 years in the UK and I can easily say they have been the best landlords I have ever come across. They are very nice and they always make sure you have the best conditions as a tenant. The house that I lived in was very nice, clean and quiet.

The furniture in the room and house was also very nice and the garden taken care of. I highly recommend Kudos Living!

I moved into Spring Lane in 2021 and lived there for 4 years, from the beginning, Gwyneth and Simon were incredible, made the whole moving in process very easy, nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they take pride in all their homes. If and when there was an issue (which was very rare) they would sort it out very quickly and make it a top priority which was always very reassuring.

Only reason I moved out was because I wanted to rent my own place with a partner who lived at another one of their properties which is also stunning! (Daggsdell) we will miss all our lovely housemates and our incredible first ever landlords!

I've lived in various houseshare properties and Simon have Gwyneth have easily been the best landlords I've encountered. The property was well maintained, of a high spec and any issues were rectified quickly. It's rare to find landlords that care about their property and the people who live in it, carefully choosing like minded people in each house. I've lived in one of their properties for nearly 3 years and enjoyed my time in the house (including making some life long friends and meeting my partner!). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained and friendly houseshare!

From the very start of the moving in process, Simon and Gwyneth could not have been more helpful and responsive. I have lived in one of their properties for 2.5 years and it's been an incredibly positive experience. They take pride in all of their properties, in the time I have been in the house they have made some significant changes to make it an even more pleasant environment to be in. It is clear they are keen to make sure us tenants are as comfortable as possible, and if we ever have any issues they are so quick to resolve them. I would highly recommend Kudos Living to anybody looking to live in shared housing, it's great value for money and stress free as you don't have to worry about bills.

I had a fantastic experience. Gwyneth & Simon were incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs or questions. The housemates were very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the house was always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

Gwyneth & Simon are hands down the best landlord and lady of all time! If there was a world record for being so flipping incredible they'd both be the reigning champions.

No issue/concern was too big/ little for them, anything needing doing was always a top priority for them. They both truly go above an beyond to ensure they're tenants are comfortable and happy during their tenancy. They honestly have such beautiful homes and because of this, I always felt comfortable and right at home and I truly loved every minute of my time renting one of their rooms. Without a doubt I was gutted to have to move out but my life and career took me out of the area. If it wasn't for this reason I would whole heartedly still be in "My Room 6."

If you are one of the lucky ones to be chosen and allowed to live in one of their properties consider yourself privileged! All I can say is thank you both for just being so amazing!

Other properties and landlords will forever struggle or fail to compete with the high standards Gwyneth and Simon have set. You both truly have exceeded all expectations and then some more and more, etc...

Gwyneth & Simon have been hands-down the best landlords I've had, and I have been renting in three different cities for the last ten years. The property was extremely well maintained and looked after. Everything is up to code and above board - they regularly test and maintain the fire alarms and anything broken, however small, was fixed immediately. They gave a very fair deal on the rent which included bills and a cleaner. They truly care about their tenants. All six of my housemates were lovely, clean and considerate - G&S vet and take the household dynamics into consideration, which made for a great atmosphere. As a working professional who just wanted a calm, well-run house to come home to, I couldn't have asked for more. A real pleasure to rent from and I'd strongly recommend them. The only reason for moving out was because I'm moving in with my significant other!!

Great landlords, great tenants and homely feel to the house.

I had never experience a shared living house before, and so I was a little apprehensive and nervous. Gwyneth and Simon made everything so easy and were completely amazing throughout - kept an excellent level of communication, were incredibly thoughtful and were there to answer any questions I had promptly. The home itself was well maintained and very peaceful, and I would recommend Kudos Living to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

I enjoyed my stay in the house in Hemel Hempstead. Lived here for 9 months. Had to relocate because of a new Job. Rooms are standard, quite spacious, well furnished and neat.
Gwyneth and Simon ( Landlords) are amazing. They are very responsive and responsible, attending to every concern or complaints.
The house comes highly recommended by me.

I stayed four months in a house under Kudos Living, and Simon and Gwyneth were highly helpful and professional with all aspects throughout my entire stay. Besides the total cleanliness and well maintained interior of the living areas, my bedroom was comfortable and well maintained too upon moving in. They have a very streamlined and easy-going process to get started as a tenant, and during your time as a tenant they will be available promptly to answer any questions or potential issues - I was lucky to not have much issues whatsoever during my stay.
They were also continually active in making the home a better place, with some renovations to the garden as well as renewing the dryer for example to meet better energy standards.
In previous homes, with previous landlords, the deposit area can be sticky. This was not the case with S&G, again, everything was streamlined and secure for the retention of deposit and release thereafter.
Would highly recommend Kudos Living going forward for peace of mind as a tenant

I rented an ensuite room with Simon and Gwyneth (Kudos Living) for a year, from 2021 to 2022 and I couldn't have been more satisfied to have rented from them.
The room was exactly as you can see it from pictures, it was clean and furnished in everything I needed, Simon and Gwyneth met me in the middle about furniture (I had furniture to bring in and so I didn't need some of it that was in the room). The shared rooms and flatmates were exactly as advertised, I found a lived house and I met great people, that now are my friends.
Simon and Gwyneth are precious landlords, always a call away for every questions and queries, ready to help in any way they could (even when you're in bed with Covid and you may need a goodie bag, if needed). They are a lot present, but not in a suffocating way, they always text before they come in the house and they always ask us if it's okay to enter our rooms when we are not in the house.
They are generous, sociable and friendly.
I came across with a lot of landlords and when I first moved in I couldn't believe they were actually so nice and listened to what we had to say, perfectly in order with all the documents and always on time.
I couldn't ask for better landlords and I absolutely recommend renting with them, you won't be disappointed.

Having had such poor experiences with previous landlords, in previous properties, it has been refreshing to have Simon and Gwyneth as my landlords. The house has been well managed and all house issues responded to quickly, regardless of time of day. There is also always good communication between the landlords and tenants for regular maintenance checks to ensure the house runs smoothly!

I living in 197 St Agnells Lane for more than a year. It was very welcoming friendly and like minded group. Simon and Gwyneth, landlords of the house were very professional and friendly. Helped me with any fixing and repair needed in the house immediately. Especially since I was new to the place and the country, they made sure to make me feel at home. It has been a wonderful experience and I would suggest anyone looking for a room to rent, to confidently book into to one of their rooms. It's neet, immaculate and you ll have everything you need.
