Anscheinend kann jeder Hans & Franz eine Filiale eröffnen . Wir haben 10000€ angezahlt u das Geld ist weg ohne neue Küche !Die Hauptzentrale in Hamburg hat uns NUR weitergeleitet an das nächste Küchenstudio . Und dieser Mitarbeiter konnte uns null helfen.
Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen außer sie möchten Geld verlieren !

Viele Versprechen - katastrophale Umsetzung!
Küche geplant - alles sah gut aus. Dann: Arbeitsplatte 2x gebrochen, Löcher an der falschen Stelle gebohrt, falsche Maße genommen, sodass nachträglich massiv gestemmt werden musste. Geräte wochenlang nicht lieferbar (es gibt Ersatzgeräte). 15 offene Punkte: keine Beleuchtung, offene Spalten neben der Arbeitsplatte, fehlende Steckdosen, bestelltes Zubehör nicht geliefert, etc.
Inhaber nicht erreichbar, vom Office wird täglich ein Rückruf versprochen, der nicht stattfindet. Leute - kauft lieber bei einem Billiganbieter, der kann es nur besser machen!
