Not a good advertisement...
I bought a 1,80 cm tree with a fitting basket. It came around that the basket doesn’t fit at all. I’m glad I tried it before Christmas. I got in touch with the firm. All they say is, that they’ve tooken the baskets out of their Programm.. that doesn’t help me at all! I’m left with
a basket I don’t need, because it doesn’t fit around the bottom of the Christmas tree.
I know now that i definitely won’t buy anything else in this shop. They weren’t helpful at all. And I must find a way to make this tree look nice, as I do not want to look at a Metall foot thing all the time! If I had of known this before, I wouldn’t have bought a tree!

We offer the Christmas tree basket totally for free with an artificial Christmas tree in our company as a service.
Normally it fits with all type of artificial Christmas trees till 210 cm / 7 ft. in height.
We don't know why it does not fit under your artificial Christmas tree of 180 cm / 6 Ft.
As we have provided the basket to you for free as a service you can't make any complaint about this to us.
When you have to pay for the basket it would be a good reason to make a complaint about this.
