Please keep in mind that Trustpilot is build on consumer trust and honesty. If trust and honesty stops being the driver when making reviews, then the value of ratings are being compromised and that will punish every honest consumer as well as business fighting for keeping Trustpilot a believable trustworthy everyday tool for assessment before interacting or buying with a vendor.
Trolling or bullying businesses and individuals for fun via Trustpilot is very distasteful and will lead the quality that Trustpilot constantly is trying to provide, to slowly be eroded by distrust.
