Unresponsive. No customer service. Ignores important emails. Pathetic.

I dunno where else to write this but since today whenever I load a page on kununu I get:

I am trying to view more german pages from a spanish IP, still no reason to block me

On some point I thought this portal is improving but after some time you see that is a Disaster portal who is protecting the big player companies and not posting the reviews where the big players are discriminating foreigners on application process, maybe there is a corruption and the big players are paying to their Disaster portal.

Kununu is not credible and trustworthy. On FOUR occasions, I submitted an outspoken account of my experience at a failing, German medical equipment company and sent them evidence.
It has been published twice and then retracted.
Why?
Kununu wastes (ex-)employees' time by continuous, time-consuming questions (asking for more evidence), while giving perpetrating companies the benefit of the doubt.
The company will be reported to the authorities with hard evidence.

Not only in China do companies commit 'thought control.'

Someone stated to boycott this company. After writing my own review I am entertaining the notion to delte all my reviews to give them less clout.

They do make money of every persons review, and are very disregarding of reviewers inclduing support and questions or especially those. The company pledges to itself nad makes money with "delivering employee based reviews" while not ensuring and actively discouraging it.

+ you can actually review an application process
+They don't really care about negative reviews as long as....
-once a company challenges a review they will try to absolutely avoid all not positve interaction with a company
-the do not proof check positive reviews the same way they demand of negative ones.
-the options and points in the review process are very in favour of Companies
-there are no options to tell about all the actual behaviour interactions of the company during the process.
-All fields and options are thusly mocked up to calculate a more positive than true review.

I started writing down all my experiences with application processes, because they were so bad, except for one, and I liked the idea that you can actually tell others how it is to apply to that company and if they had any regard and niceities for applicants.
So I reviewd 9 companies so far.
Kununu doesn't actively discourage you giving 1 star negative reviews. However all the Questions asked and options to give stars are not true of an application process as a whole, but rather all things in an application process that are easy 5 stars and levaing all the actual interaction out or you have to fill them in fields where they don't really belong. I am saying. All the things companies to really bad in have no "options" or "fields" to be rated on. On top of that. Should any company complain about anything your review is immediately taken offline. Up to here I could give 3 stars, they are a business and have the interest not to be legally liable for some strangers review.

What is really bad, the process of finding the truth of a review. The Employer made some rubbish complaints that obviously contained no truth, it was taken off nonetheless.

I contacted support they said they can legally not reactivate it till I changed it and that they told me I needed to proof that these things were true. (Which they didn't, the E-Mail that arrives when a Company asks for your reviews to be taken offline, offers no options whatsoever. No Challenge, provide proof or even you can edit here link. Nothing. It is made as hard as psossible to interact with that company again.)
Still possible for 3 stars, but...

The company offered these statements to the challenges of your review. (They were literally a written "No we do do that." and for the second a link to the career landing page that contained absolutely no information of the challenge.)

So we have a company that tries to protect itself legally, while making money with public reviews.
Offers no fact check of "company challenges" to reviews.
Tries to limit interaction between Reviewers and Reviewee after challenge
Offers no help for reviewers.
Makes money of reviewers.

„bad“ salarys even after a 3/4 year not taken into account.

I like Kununu. Very efficiant way to detect scam. Immediately I am screening an online enterprise that is using Kununu, I know I can stop using further energy on that enterprise since no serious enterprise ever will use Kununu. Highly sensitive way to select. This applies to others as well. That´s why these fake plattforms serve in a good way. Just to put it in a algorithm and lifelong connected to acting person in the future. Well done Kununu what ever you are.

Knununu does not even deserve 1 star. It deletes all bad reviews/ comments and leaves only non-sense positive reviews.

honesty is discouraged. kununu only allows complimentary opinions of employers. anything negative is heavily edited and you are told instead what to say in a pretty patronising way. like good stasi propaganda agents, all your opinions are controlled by them.

Scores cannot be trusted unfortunately
Negative reviews are deactivated and proof of each sentence is requested to activate it again, but of course only on the negative bits of the review.
