25% "restocking fee" when making returns to Japan - even the watch is shipped from China. I very much doubt the "made in Japan" claim...its shipped from Hong Kong. Don't deal with these awful company. The watch that arrived, feels cheaply made and looks nowhere near the quality of the clearly edited photos on the website.
The watch is a lot smaller than the impression given by the pictures. Furthermore, the watch stopped working shortly after arrival. Returning the watch however is only possible with a 25% fee of the initial price as well as transportation fee. This is not at all clear from the webpage. I can not recommend shopping here.
