Our time at Kurv in Newstead is almost…Jacob made it a fantastic window in our rental journey!
Our time at Kurv in Newstead is almost at an end. Whilst it is mainly a happy occasion to be moving, we will be sad to be leaving the best Property Rental (and Building) Manager that we have had the fortune to deal with here in Queensland...in fact in Australia!!!
From the moment we enquired about the property to the current day, Jacob Brown has been an amazing, professional, friendly and efficient Property Manager. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and everything is done with a smile on his face and the most polite manner. The customer experience that Darren and I have had from Jacob has been impeccable every step of the way and at every touch point!
I don't give praise easily when it comes to customer service provision. I have high standards but Jacob has by far exceeded my expectations throughout the whole time here at Kurv. If there were apartments in the building that could take our shipped furniture we'd definitely be happy to stay, and if it were possible to award more than five stars I would be!
